You address concerns, like miscellaneous fees being added without a legal 30 day notice, or suggesting another day to allow them access to your apartment and she holds the law/agreement and threatens to mark your account with a violation or eviction even when you are a good-standing, paid-on-time tenant. We moved out on the December 20th and did not receive our security deposit. On January 17th I emailed to ask the date of when it was cut and sent out , also an explanation for a move out fee. She refused to give me a date, stated it was sent within the lawful 20days, and told me to contact the 3rd party utility service company for explanation. This was after serval unanswered and blocked emails. I will state I called her out on her attitude and she stated she was uncomfortable talking to me further. She provoked my response to get out of further lying to me and to incriminate herself/company. She is a toxic person that uses gaslighting and manipulation to intimidate you and undermine your concerns of their actual violations. I received the check today, which was dated and postmarked January 17th. So it wasn't sent within the 20days. Also the great reviews on google and company website were generated by ReNew for a contest to win a tablet.... Go visit the recycling area from Saturday through Wednesday and it will convey the slumlord runnings of this company. Charging $5 pest control fee when trash is strewn around the grounds should be paid by ReNew not residents that properly dispose their refuge. Don't take the bottom aww

When I called and talked to Dimitry and ask why it went up so much, his immediate response was "its the market, are you renewing or vacating, I'll send you a vacate form" I'm a very rude fashion. From talking with maintenance staff and office support staff through the years i was there, I've gathered that he is generally a miserable person and staff is not fond of working with him in the slightest and I typically was told "that's just how Dimitry is". The frequent staff turnover also supports this. My neighbors have also voiced the same above complaints to me when speaking with them. I would not recommend this property. With the crazy extra fees, bad conditions of the buildings, rodent issues, and spotty, if not plain terrible management, this is not a good place to live. Everything is always very well maintained (hallway carpets are washed several times a year, walls repainted when scuffed, etc), the concierge services are very pleasant and have your packages ready when you walk in, they host great social events including local brewer tastings and holiday parties, pool, jacuzzis, gym and theater you can rent out, plus garaged parking. Although the prices are creeping up for providence unfortunately, the city as a whole is growing and that is true anywhere. At least here amenities help to compensate that price increase. Not to mention being central to everything-walking distance to the mall or downtown, plenty of guest parking for overnight visitors and a great group of people who are generally respectable in the building.

There are so many surprises within this one building. A bunch of apartments above, the shared office space and incubator kitchen on the main level. A bocci ball court, cornhole, grill and picnic tables in the courtyard. There is also another building out back that is not currently being utilized but is another amazing (small) space for something amazing once they figure out its intended purpose. My favorite part is the amount of items they salvaged during the rehab. From machinery to metal drawers, they incorporated as much as they could into the overall aesthetic of the place. PEERLESS Firstly,…read morelet me say that I've only lived here about a week. So far, I've had more pros than cons. Pros: Staff is very friendly, and always willing to help with whatever issues I may have. Security is good, and you never worry while coming home late. It's simply a beautiful building with a very interesting past. It used to be a club that would play some real headliners. My apartment is spacious and bright, with original floors and all. Cons: It's very noisy on weekends (but of course it would be as any place would that's surrounded by bars) The windows (this is a personal issue, and not something that is really a complaint) I'm short. Opening those windows were a real struggle and now I can't close them because I can't reach. This mean's I'll have to call maintenance for a ladder each time I want them opened or closed. The food dispenser was clogged and the washer was filthy, again a personal problem because they offered to clean and fix everything before I moved in but I chose to move in sooner rather than later, not giving them time to fix the issue. The only real issue I have is that there are fruit flies in my apartment and they are PERSISTENT. Having worked in the bar industry for five years, you'd think I would be able to get rid of them but they just keep breeding. I don't know if this is a maintenance issue that I can call them on, or if I have to call some form of pest control. The only reason it bothers me so much is because my kitchen is always clean, and yet they are just here. I hate that they keep getting into my cat's food when I leave it out for her. ALL IN ALL, I would def recommend the peerless building for anyone wanting to be downtown.
