My detailer accidentally threw them out in their packaging, so I had to order a second set. IND gave a discount and sent them with next day air freight shipping without me even asking. I've purchased from these guys and they have good merchandise. The customer service stinks. They sell their products on other sites and i recommend not buying directly through them. Purchased an item as a gift. They shipped the wrong item. (it happens) I asked them to expedite the shipping on the replacement as the person was leaving the country. They said they would and never did. I am really disappointed in the way they handled my order. I wish I knew they were this bad and I would of purchased my items from another vendor and would of gotten the items i needed. My advice. Use another Vendor. Most provide free shipping IND does not. The other vendors will also treat you better and will probably not lie to you. Just to be fair, IND has contacted me and was willing to ship the item to Europe free of charge in a gift box. read more

What absolutely horrible customer services from IND-Distribution. I purchased 4 items from them right before Christmas and had no issues, until I ordered my husband a $1,000 spoiler for his BMW for his anniversary present. On January 26, 2021 we ordered the RPK F83 M4 Carbon Trunk Spoiler v2 and it came in defective on February 27th so they ordered us a new one. Being this is a custom order, we knew it would be another 5-6 weeks to get it. On March 24th, I reached out to make sure the defective spoiler arrived and they did confirm they received it and the new one is 2-3 weeks out and about a week for shipping. On April 12th we haven't received an update so I reached out and Ania in customer service told me the spoiler hasn't left RKP but is due to arrive on April 23rd and allow 3 to 5 days after that to get to us. May 3rd rolls around and we haven't heard anything, so I reached back out for an update. Ania tells us the next day that she just got an email from RKP and it will get to them by that Friday or that coming Monday (May 10th). So May 27th rolls around and still no communication and no spoiler. Reach back out asking for a manager and I get Ania again. Asked to speak to someone else and I got transferred to Jesal in support. He let me know that they have the spoiler and it's being painted, it will take about 2 days to dry and about a week for shipping. Jesal said he would send us a video and photos before they shipped it to show there were no defects and that all the 3M tape was in the correct areas. We asked for compensation via e-mail and no one would respond to our question. We got an email notification the spoiler was shipped the next day on May 28th, thought that was odd as we were just told it would be about another week and we never received the photos and a video. We asked for compensation again via email on May 30th and Ania never answered our question. Well, the replacement spoiler arrived and we were so happy for a second. Then we take a look at it and there is no 3M tape in the middle of the spoiler (like it shows on IND website and install video) so there's a gap again. It gets better, the custom blue paint job is not all the way to the end on one side and somehow there is white paint in multiple areas on the spoiler. How does white paint get on this spoiler??? Let alone chips in the carbon fiber. How is this acceptable? Reached back out to IND on June 7th asking to speak to a manager to be told that there was only one manager and they are never available and I have to talk to the support team. Received an email from Jesal (June 7th) that he had his master painter stay the day we talked (May 27th) to finish the spoiler. He baked it to cure the paint which then made it perfect once paint work was done. Never responds to the blue paint not going all the way to the end. Told us the white paint could be polish residue from buffing. This can come out with quick detail spray. Why should we, as the customer, be doing this???? What about the chips in the carbon fiber, no response. As far as the missing M3 Tape, Jesal reponse was the tape on the spoiler is correct per RKP specifications. If the tape reaches the edge then it is visible between the spoiler and trunk. It's why it is placed further back. This doesn't explain the missing section in the middle of the spoiler. If that was per RKP specifications why does your website photos and install video contradict that??? We did finally receive the video on June 7th from Jesal. Emailed IND back again on June 7th asking for compensation, especially if we have to go out and buy 3M tape, purchase residue cleaner to get the white paint off, and accept a spoiler that has chips in the carbon fiber and a blue stripe that's not all the way to the end. Ania responded back that she would give us a full refund if we want to return it. Return it Ania, we ordered this over 5 months ago. The next day Ania emails be an RMA # and said she sent over a prepaid return label (never received one). First off, we never asked to return it but we will now. We were asking for a little compensation. read more

After waiting for a year to pony up for an Eventuri intake for my 6 speed e60 m5, I finally bought it. Or so I thought. I talked to a mechanic and he mentioned a few places to look for it. Ind was one of those. I searched for the product and it showed as this product being In Stock at Ind. I went through the entire payment process to shipping and was able to pay an extra $50 for 2 day air, which would line up perfectly with my once a month Wednesday off. I was looking forward to installing this on Wednesday after waiting for so long to buy it. I placed my order on Sunday and received confirmation about it. I then received an email on Monday that stated the intake was over ordered by 7 across America and that they can refund me my 2nd day air and I could wait for the product for another month. No thanks. I called Ind to find out what's going on with my order. The guy says yep they are out of stock. I told him that when I searched for this product, the Google results came up and under the Ind-distribution website link. It's says clearly that the product is in stock. The rep told me that it must be a Google thing because they don't list it as stock on their website. I asked him for a full refund and I will go buy it elsewhere. Instead of an apology about this entire situation, I was told that I won't find it anywhere else. They are the only distributor for this product in the United States and that I won't get it. Well, they won't get my money then. This is just terrible customer service. Now they want me to wait up to 5 days to process my $1500 refund. I don't care if it's a Google thing or not. It still shows as in stock under the link to your web address. I hope you fix the issue so that this doesn't happen to anybody else. Very disappointing. I won't be shopping with this place anymore. read more
