I didn't even know! So I'm not happy about my unexpected expense (side-eye to Rheem) but I think I received a great price from PV to get a new one installed. I TRULY cannot recommend PV plumbing enough!! Turns out my water heater was 12 years old (I had just purchased my house). He recommended I replace it, but was never pushy. He gave me different brand options based on my financial situation. He also repaired my toilet that wasn't properly bolted to the floor. It turned out to be a more extensive repair than I had previously thought. He took his time, explained what he was doing and why he needed to do it. He was on time, kind, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. I was pleasantly surprised with the cost (plumbers can be expensive!) but I felt the service and time he spend was fairly priced! I will only be using Water Heaters and More from now on!

Left voice mail and did not get a call back. Called a little later and got someone obviously on mobile. Briefly described problem and was asked what area I was in and when advised they told I could get someone closer. I mentioned I called due to reviews etc. and he then asked me for more detail. Afterward he advised what he thought it could be and said he would call me back later that day. that was 5 days ago. After researching it appears the owners that had all the good reviews and had been in business so long had sold out so that probably explains the lack of service or desire to work.
