This business is -10/10…read more For starters, this goes for all Telegram and Gazette locations not just Worcester. If you need to cancel your subscription, YOU CANNOT DO IT ONLINE; they have the option to do so but unless you live in a specific state you cannot (presumably because some states require an online cancellation option). If you click cancel, it gives you an error and tells you to call customer service. This is where it gets even worse. The hours for customer service are outrageous; they act like they are a bank or something with these hours. Once you finally get time to squeeze a call to them you are met with a pretty long queue time. (Personally I think it is this long just so you get so annoyed that you cancel the call) Then when you finally reach someone, it is very hard to understand them, very incoherent, I understand that people have struggles pronouncing english but when coupled with all the other problems, it seems like just another convenient roadblock. They will then ask you if you would like to change, not cancel the subscription and create any attempt to reel you back in. Once you get it through to them that their company sucks they finally cancel and if you have a question after, they just hang up! I called back to ask if they could screenshot my cancellation proof and email me it back. They said they couldn't... couldn't re-open the page used to cancel it in the first place and then press TWO computer keys to take a screenshot. (I ask this because on their website the account expiration is worded very weirdly). Now that is done and taken care of you would think that's it... nope... After you cancel you will receive multiple calls from them asking you if you want to renew and that there is a deal going on... omg... You say no... again... and they ask "why did you cancel." Then they do it again, and I presume in a couple weeks, they will call me again. My most recent interaction was that they called me about twice every single day for a week or two. I finally answered and told the guy that I want my number taken off their list. With the way everything has happened, I assume they are going to call me again haha this company sucks.

Years and years we have spent in this book store. It's great that they still have are around. You're on vacation and you are going to read and enjoy a book. To me, and surprisingly, the children; a "real book" is the greatest of all ! They have all sorts of books. The selection is truly amazing. The books are organized by categories and everything is easy to find . What's not to love when you read a book and enjoy a few moments with your imagination and learn something. To know that is the best gift that you can offer yourself and then talk to others and share it . Purchase a book and read. These days books are a better value for your money. They offer more than you can imagine . Need a special gift that's unique it's all here . After you purchase that book you can visit the cafe and have a drink which is Starbucks for the coffee and little snacks. The Reese's cookies are delicious. What's not to love not start the recipe for knowing and all the knowledge it brings .

They have a nice children's section and also offer games, puzzles, toys, and some arts and crafts. They have a cafe with Starbuck's coffee and free Wi-Fi. I grabbed a quick ice tea which was nicely made, and tasted like... iced tea instead of some esoteric designer flavor. I'm happy to have this Barnes & Noble close by.
