Been twice to check out INCHA Tea House. They're in the same plaza that also houses Blue Ocean Vietnamese Restaurant and WOW Bakery & Cafe. The inside has four tables. Service is a touch on the slow side as there's usually only one worker. The menu is huge; brown sugar milk tea/milk, pure tea, milk tea, snow top milkshake, yakult, slush, soda, tea latte and fruit tea. Prices are $4.49 to $7.59. They give you a stamp card (buy 7, get the 8th drink free). - Matcha latte ($6.29 large) - light in matcha flavour. - Classic taro bubble milk tea ($6.49 large) - Bubble milk tea ($6.49 large) - Grass jelly milk tea ($6.49 large) - grass jelly slightly herbaceous. Stopped by Calgary recently to try their bubble tea. Looking at the old reviews for this place, the cup size seems to have changed. I tried the Brown Sugar Milk Tea and the Wintermelon Milk Tea. The cup sizes are decently big and not small like the old reviews indicated. The bubble tea was great! The brown sugar milk tea had a more grass jelly flavor to it rather than the pure brown sugar I was expecting. I quite enjoyed it. The Wintermelon Milk Tea was refreshing as well. Back in Edmonton, all the Wintermelon choices in bubble teas were Wintermelon juice so it was nice that this place offers Wintermelon milk tea. I also tried the Mango Souffle Pancake. It was fluffy and fruity. It's not as authentic as the ones you find in Japan but it came close. There's not many places in Edmonton/Calgary that offer fluffy pancakes so it's wonderful that this place has it. They only offer it between Friday to Sunday 1pm-7pm so I was quite happy that I came at the right time. read more

They have descent bubble teas and probably the best in the area they are located. However, be prepared to wait for your drinks. They are short in staff and quite busy with walk in and Skip the Dishes orders. I have waited a good 20 minutes for my drink before. Their souffle pancakes look delicious but I haven't tried it yet. Feel as though if I were to order one I would be waiting forever. Prices are average bubble tea prices. However they do have a punch card. Buy 7 get 1 free. Really excited this place opened in the south(ish) side of town. I went on my day off (Thursday) and it was empty. This place is bright and has a few small tables for seating if you'd like to stay. The two staff members were super friendly and my drinks came out quickly. I ordered two drinks ($6-6.50) from there signature brown sugar pearl menu. They were only okay, the rich caramel flavour from the pearls was missing. When compared the size of the drinks compared to other places is on the pricey side. A great first impressions on the establishment and a convenient location. My initial reaction to the menu was overpriced especially the brown sugar drink selections. Please don't be put off if the staff does not smile. The most disappointing about the macchiato was the use of coffee powder which I believe uses an instant coffee mix (highly processed). The tapioca pearls were spot on, the sweetness was just right for a regular drink except for the milk foam on top which was extremely sweet. Overall, I would go back again, but sticking to simple drinks only (milk teas) as specialty drinks are too pricey for me compared to other similar establishments. We got their recommended drinks - brown sugar bubble milk & matcha tea macchiato! The brown sugar bubble milk was not bad, pretty creamy and a good amount of sweetness for regular sugar. However, pricey for its size and the ice melted very quickly. ⁣ ⁣ The matcha tea macchiato was quite disappointing Tasted watered down and very little macchiato cream. Would not recommend. Stopped by to check out this new bubble tea joint located in the same plaza as Wow Bakery, right next to Chinook mall. They currently have 12% off all drinks and have been open for about a week or so. I tried the Brown Sugar Bubble Milk featuring the ever so trendy brown sugar pearls in milk. The pearls were done quite well! I would like to see the option of having the brown sugar pearls in a milk tea base - not sure if they have something like that on the menu but I didn't notice. My boyfriend got the Season Oolong with Lemon - so refreshing and didn't have any artificial syrup taste at all! I would come back to try more fruit teas and I hope they introduce more variety in fruit tea on the menu. Its nice to see some solid bubble tea places open in South Calgary as I don't always feel like making the trip downtown. This would be a good stop before/after some mall crawling or checking out a movie at Chinook. The interior is bright and clean with a few tables (maybe around 12-15 seats total). read more

Got the regular milk tea and it tasted super diluted with minimal tea taste. The oolong milk tea was much better in terms of flavor. Chatime, in my opinion has better milk teas and less pricey in comparison. Prob won't try this place again. read more

While the drinks here are always refreshing, somehow we were forced to wait for 30 minutes for drinks... There were 4 people ahead of us, to which we don't even know how long they waited. Noticed 1 worker was standing there just watching people work, and the other 2 workers were doing blending ice and putting tea in cups and never finishing drinks. Then the finished drinks were taken to the back... And then a worker took them home??? So they prioritized 4 worker drinks and had almost 10 people waiting for their drinks? When it was finally our turn somehow the people who ordered AFTER us, got their drinks right before us... I'm not sure how they're being trained but it was pretty aggravating standing there watching them complete 0 drinks in 15 minutes. read more

I was recently here and I can say this was one of the worst places I have been to in a very long time. Keep in mind I have never written a review in my life. The food was mediocre and not worth it. ABOVE ALL the customer service was so bad. We were questioned if we paid 3 times, keep in mind you pay when you order. They personally served everyone sitting down but made us get up to get our food all 3 times. Once i was ready to leave I requested a to-go box for the last item we had no yet touched and they refused that, ALTHOUGH they were able to pack up the couple's food before us. They are a super racist staff, do not accommodate simple requests such as to-go boxes and will harass you for payment as you eat, even though they know you've already paid. Really disappointed in this place. They have great drinks from the brown sugar collection to their fruit drink items. My only issue is the wait time to get your drinks. I've gone a few times and every time I find the wait to be ridiculous. There usually are 3 employees making drinks and taking orders so you would think your drink would be made in a few minutes. Every time I have gone I have had to wait almost 20 minutes for two drinks (usually 1-3 people in front of me waiting for their drinks as well). Today was no different. I waited behind two girls who only ordered two drinks, and I still had to wait 20 minutes. I even saw one of the employees making his own drink which I believe to be one of the factors that slowed everything down. Ifeel like the place is disorganized in how it operates leading to long wait times. If you have somewhere to be after I wouldn't suggest going here because you will be waiting a bit. read more
