The owner, Alex, is a nice dude, but a poor communicator. My laptop was having crashes, and I…read moredropped it off in early June for troubleshooting/diagnosis. I called after several weeks and he promised he'd have the problem diagnosed within the next couple days and call me back. Several additional weeks went by and I called again with the same response, and then once more a few weeks later- a total of 2 months of wait time without any progress or evidence that anything was done at all. I eventually gave up and got my laptop back myself to look at. Googling my error messages indicated that my RAM was faulty, and after replacing the RAM (a 15-minute procedure), my laptop works fine. It took me ~30 minutes of total active time to troubleshoot and solve this problem that I had previously waited 2 months for the owner to fix. I'd guess that Alex was overcommitted with fixing other machines to focus on mine, which is fine if he told me a realistic estimate (i.e. "I'm really busy right now, but check back in a month and I'll give you an update). Instead I got drip-fed inaccurate timeline estimates. Overall, I find it difficult to reccomend going to this business to get your problem fixed unless you have a really easy software issue to diagnose/fix on the spot.

Due to aging technology and rapidly increasing prices, I switched our company's phone service from…read moreAT&T landline to Comcast's cloud based service. Unfortunately, it went from bad to worse with Comcast's inability to properly program the lines, as well as the equipment features not functioning as they should. I spent nearly two months with Comcast trying to correct the situation to no avail. With each "fix", the matter only became worse as I was often left with dead phone lines, or phone calls that could not even get through to us; an absolute disaster that cost us dearly. My business partner reached out to John, who took immediate action by beginning the process of transferring us over to his cloud based service provider. John attended to the porting of our numbers, ordering of new equipment, programming of the phones, and in house training. Throughout the process, John treated the matter with the utmost urgency. I now have a much higher quality phone system that I own, as opposed to the more costly rental equipment provided by Comcast. During the installation visit, John properly programmed the phones and installed features and functions that best suited our company needs. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the product and the service. I wish I had switched my phone system to Top Gear Technologies a long time ago.

I had the pleasure of working with a PM and a developer, who both took the time to really understand what I was trying to present with my website, as well as match me as a person, both professionally and personally. Due to the nature of the financial industry, compliance regulations are very important and content takes forever to be approved, including making multiple changes, but they took the time to work directly with both the compliance and IT departments of my broker/dealer! They couldn't have made it any easier!!! Mercova Media also worked directly with my previous web designer and streamlined the transfer process. My business website is absolutely beautiful, professional, well organized, and many of my clients and friends have said, "Fancy!" I would absolutely recommend Mercova Media for website building as well as general advice towards what the population is looking for concerning websites, SEO, content and blogging. They never tried to "up-sell" me to get additional sales/income and in fact told me that I didn't need certain items, to keep my cost down, whereas other companies would happily nod and collect the funds. I couldn't be happier with the results!! Thank you so much Mercova Media!!
