I refer so many people to this place. Not once have they messed up my nails! They really know what they're talking about and I love them so much! From the first time I walked in, they treated me like I was a princess and they've never stopped. The salon itself is so nice, very clean and nice color scheme. I'm a hair stylist and I know the standards and procedures they have to follow in order to keep the salon clean and running smoothly and they do everything right! I believe if State Board walked in at any time, they wouldn't have any issue. This place is definitely worth your time and money! I stopped by the iNail bar yesterday to take a look around. I spoke with Danny and even though it was time for them to close he took the time to talk to me about my expectations in a nail salon and how he and his staff would exceed my every expectation. My nails look great, the staff was very knowledgeable, the salon was clean and the prices were the same as all of the other places I've been that didn't do nearly as good of a job!! I visited three times. The first two I was very happy with the job that was done, much better and more consistent than other salons. I've struggled to find a "home" salon. Third visit, they were super busy and I had misjudged the time when I walked in. I wanted to communicate that I was leaving, only because I hadn't given myself enough time to even get the service, not because their wait was too long. When I asked if they would be open tomorrow (a Sunday, I'm a relatively new customer, and I wanted them to know I was coming back to THEM) I was rudely told that the dude's wife was VERY pregnant and already worked six days a week. I couldn't expect them to be open Sunday. So, I asked how late they were open that day, a little taken aback. I got the same story in the same abrupt manner. They'll close up if it's slow, she's due any day now. I was a cash paying customer, that would have been back forever. But I left feeling chastised and degraded in front of a full salon for having the gall to ask what the hours were so I could come back at a better time. I'll stick to my crappy salons, where at least they don't yell at me. read more

My friends and I came here before prom to get our nails done and had a horrible experience!! The employees began to argue with us about how we wanted our nails done and the atmosphere was not welcoming.... Long story short we all ended up leaving (I left with one acrylic nail on my finger) and went to Princess Nails & Spa a few minutes down the road and they were able to fix our nails exactly how we wanted them! :) read more

Let me dissect this whole-in-the-wall nail bar in a very unique way. I have had a lot of experience with pampering my atrocities that I call nails. My number one pet peeve about nail salons is when they hound you for further services. No, I don't want my bushy eyebrows waxed right now, nor do I need a "delux" treatment at this point in time. I received my first full set here after many months denying myself manicures. My cuticles were inflamed and my nails were awfully damaged. I went here with very little expectations and had a "do whatever you think is best" attitude. The salon had two employees working which would usually be a red flag for me, but wasn't. They handled me and two other guests in a reasonable amount of time. The gentleman was knowledgeable but convinced me out of unique nails. I was considering the stilleto trend and he decided that I should have regular squares until I'm comfortable with his work. Even with a do whatever attitude this knocked some points off. I suggested I get white nails because their color selection consists of cheap nail polish. He also warned against it because it comes out chalky. Even on French tips. I didn't want whatever that meant so I took his no-do-over warning. A few more fallen points. Perhaps OPI nail polish would be a better alternative to the other brands they have. The two employees that were working spoke in English the majority of the time. THAT was huge for me. I'm not sure about other people but whenever I get my nails done somewhere I feel like they're all talking about their customers. Not this time! Overall this place was a much needed change and I'm very happy with my decision to try them. I will be returning for a fill-in here. read more

I have been to iNail bar a few times and always liked the atmosphere and service. My sister said she had multiple bad experiences though. The only reason we came was because she knew I liked this place. My two sisters and I were preparing for a bridal shower and walked in expecting to have a good time together. As my sister was picking out her SNS color he told her to move to a different chair and told me to pick her color. I had my 4 year old with me and was trying to get his iPad set up so that he would be content while I relaxed and the guy proceeded to tell me to hurry up and pick a color very rudely. He said this multiple times and I was astonished that he was being so rude. Then he told me that I better hurry and pick her color or I would have to wait longer for them. I'm assuming that he thought it was ok to be rude for me because he thought I wasn't getting any services, even thought upon entering I told them that I was there for a pedicure and eyebrows. I thought I was over reacting at first until my sister said that she wanted to just pay for what was already started and then go somewhere else to get the other services we wanted. She later told me that the guy was also rude to her, and had been on other occasions which is why she didn't like going there. I will never be going back there. read more

My plan was to try a new nail salon by my job today, so I went to iNail Bar in McDonough, GA. I pulled up at 10am and went to the door but they were closed. The door had their hours of operation on there which stated they opened at 10am. I sat there until 1030am and no one showed so I went on Instagram and posted on what on one of their pictures questioning if they were planning to open today because no one was there and it was 30 minutes after opening time. Instead of commenting back to let me know what was going on they blocked me on Instagram. As I still sat there and waited for another 15 minutes, no one showed so I went on Facebook and comment on their page trying to see if they planned on opening today. I wish I could post the screenshot of the conversation I had with one of the representatives because she/he was sooooo unprofessional. They told me "if you look around. There is construction going on. We do not apologize for things we can not control. Please do not come to our shop." I was very surprised at the response I got knowing that I was only trying to get information from them so I can spend my money in their establishment. Also keep in mind that I work down the street and there was no contruction that would stop them from opening their shop. As a matter of fact iNail Bar was the only shop not opened in the entire plaza. They are extremely unprofessional and they have no sense of quality customer service. DO NOT SP[END YOUR MONEY HERE.
