We wouldn't have been able to have a wedding celebration at all without Grace! There's just too…read moremany moving parts to a wedding and we've seen others who were just too stressed out during their own wedding planning process who may have had emotional breakdowns. Therefore, just the thought of trying to plan a wedding was too overwhelming for us and we weren't insistent on it. This was especially so since we were planning for a wedding in Southern California while we live in Northern California. However, we needed a wedding celebration because it's a once-in-a-lifetime thing for our families. We opted for partial planning services with Grace, but it honestly felt more like a full planning service. Since our consultation to our wedding day, Grace was a tremendous help. Not only did she provide recommended vendors and reach out to each of them for quotes, but she communicated with them on behalf of us during the entire process and helped us negotiate prices to help us with our budget. When it came to contracts with our venue, she was wonderful at offering suggestions so that we could meet our F&B minimum without sacrificing guest experience. We also wanted to do a short tea ceremony the day of at the venue, and during the process, Grace helped us work with the venue to accommodate that. Grace also joined in on our calls with vendors which was a huge deal, since we weren't familiar with the venue or what was allowed/not allowed. Grace was also pregnant and had delivered a baby during our wedding planning process, but was still answering vendor emails for us and checking in on us that entire time! We also had a specific type of rehearsal/welcome dinner in mind and Grace went and booked the perfect place for us, even checking in to make sure we were aware of plans and where we were with our budget. Our venue was not so great at communicating, so there was an event the day before our wedding (especially annoying since our wedding party had to book flights earlier), but Grace was great at coordinating our family and wedding party to practice a last minute rehearsal the day of the wedding. We also wanted to get a little crafty for our individualized wedding favors which we decided to tape to the back of our menus, so Grace designed the menus with this favor in mind, and also taped each wedding favor to each guest's menu for us! This was a huge help since guest name tags were not finalized until so close to the wedding date and we were already busy with our work lives and other things. During the day-of, Grace made sure that we were on top of things especially with the timeline. She made sure that we were able to enjoy our food and drink enough water, and would be the "bad guy" for us when necessary. She also made sure our vendors were moving according to schedule and would be the go-to person for everything, otherwise we would have to be the ones constantly communicating to our DJ/MC or all the other vendors. Our wedding day worked out perfectly and Grace's designing (which we initially did not care about) was absolutely beautiful! Our guests kept giving us compliments about all the details and how organized and fun the day felt, and then we realized how important having a wedding planner was for such a big day for any couple. It was the best day of our lives and we are so glad that Grace was a huge part of why it happened! We are so glad she was a huge part of our new chapter!

We had a wedding planner before Grace that we had to part ways with in the middle of the planning process. This made me extremely anxious to put trust in someone else with such an important day in our lives. But from the first call with Grace, all of those anxieties disappeared! She is calm, she gets it done, and she was somehow always one step ahead of anything that popped into my mind at any given moment! Before the event, Grace kept us organized, gave us great recommendations for vendors, and grounded us. She coordinated with all of our vendors, including reading through every contract. She made sure our wedding day ran seamlessly. Grace prioritized exactly what was important to the bride and groom. Even making sure we ate our dinner! And when the caterer forgot to bring the vegan meals, she handled the situation quickly and without causing any stress to us or our guests. My family and friends were extremely complimentary of their interactions with Grace and were all very impressed with how the day ran. For the bride and groom, being able to enjoy each other and our day without worrying about the details on the day-of is so important. Grace did that and more!

From the moment we reached out to N&FL to the actual wedding day, the entire timeline was under three months (I know...crazy!). Despite the quick turnaround, Corinth made sure everything came together seamlessly. In the weeks leading up to the wedding and on the day itself, she kept everything organized, on schedule, and running smoothly. What really stood out was how proactive she was. Since our venue was a space she hadn't worked in before, Corinth actually visited ahead of time to familiarize herself with it, figure out the best locations for vendor setups, and ask thoughtful questions we hadn't even considered. That level of care and preparation made a huge difference and gave us so much peace of mind. Because of Corinth and her calm, positive energy, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding day without worrying about a single thing. If you want someone who will hype you up, keep everything running smoothly, and make your wedding day feel easy and fun, Corinth is your person. We're so grateful she was part of our big day!

From the very beginning, Kaitlin set the tone with monthly check-ins, and as the wedding drew closer, she increased communication to every couple of weeks. Her consistency, organization, and reassurance kept us on track and prevented us from falling behind on important tasks. Even though we only booked the "Love" package/month-of coordination, Kaitlin went above and beyond. She was always happy to provide vendor recommendations, guidance on tricky wedding decisions, and support whenever we needed it. She created a detailed timeline, helped us with rehearsal, and handled all communication with our vendors leading up to and on the big day--ensuring everything ran seamlessly. Thanks to her, we hardly felt stressed or overwhelmed!! On our wedding day, Kaitlin and her assistant Jazmin worked tirelessly behind the scenes. Because of them, my husband and I were able to be fully present and truly enjoy every moment. When a couple of minor hiccups popped up due to the venue running behind, they pivoted effortlessly and kept us informed--so smoothly that we hardly even noticed there was an issue! We can't recommend Now & Forever Love highly enough. Kaitlin's professionalism, organization, and calming presence made our day more perfect than we ever imagined. If you're on the fence about booking, do yourself (and your fiancee) a favor and say YES--you won't regret it!

He listened to what we wanted but also offered his experience . For example, during planning, we were dead set on having a "last hour" EDM set, with a curated mix with mashups, remixes, edits, etc., but James graciously communicated that it's difficult in a wedding environment, as it's more about keeping guests dancing and engaged than "performing", as a EDM DJ normally would at a show or club. This was something we really appreciated. He was an absolute ace during the wedding ceremony and reception. As MC, he kept our guests involved, made announcements with grace and charisma, and masterfuly navigated different guests' (drunk) personalities during a game. As DJ - he played our requests but also took positive creative liberties to keep people dancing, all of which we appreciated. We highly recommend James & All The Above Events for your wedding and other events! We'll definitely reach out again for any other parties we'll throw. Yelp Adventures 2026 - 6 of ??

She'll even call you instead if she thinks it would be more efficient. 2) Preferred planner with our venue. Jessica made sure my husband and I had everything we needed and more during the events - food, water, rest, shade, phones, you name it. She was super patient and respectful with accommodating our parents' requests, too. 4) Management capability. We had a big fat South Asian wedding consisting of 4 events over 2 days with a thousand moving parts. Jessica coordinated all the vendor contracts and on-site set up. She and her husband themselves were present for the duration of all events, which made all the difference. This is the person you want when something goes wrong. From having an emergency photographer on speed dial to adjusting the timeline on the spot, Jessica kept things in motion. She brought our visions to life, whether it was through decor mockups, adding sticker decals to our welcome mirror, or negotiating quotes and extra setup time & venue space. My most favorite memory is Jessica texting me photos and videos of the Baraat celebration, which the bride is not part of. Our family has made a connection with Jessica for life, even far beyond the wedding.

Additionally, because we used their rental equipment, their staff ensured everything was set up exactly according to our instructions. I want to specifically highlight our wedding day coordinator, Jennifer. She was terrific and served as a calming influence throughout the day, ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. I cannot recommend Three Little Birds enough. To anyone considering their services: do yourself a favor and hire this team; you won't be disappointed.

We were initially very impressed with his initiative to get started ahead of that timeline and to offer to take over many responsibilities that we did not ask or expect him to do. With less than 6 weeks to the wedding he started missing his own self imposed deadlines to get back to us with various tasks which started making us uneasy as we would have already have taken care of them if it was still left to us. My wife had a conversation with him 3 weeks prior to the wedding regarding that issue and his general unresponsiveness, he accepted responsibility and put us at ease. While we really like his calm demeanor both leading up to and during the day of the wedding, he was not on top of the itinerary from the beginning to the end and we both felt like he was simply in over his head. Others stepped in numerous times to do his job (notably our photographer/videographer) and help keep the wedding on track with the timeline we had created. Certain things were asked of him several times and yet neither he nor his two helpers (who we were mostly impressed with) delivered. For a smaller wedding (ours had over 200 people) it is very possible that he would do a good job, we however regretted our decision to hire him. Also, we contacted him a couple times regarding items he/his team did not retrieve from our ceremony and he neglected to follow up.

You want to be in capable hands and just enjoy yourself on your big day, and Orange Blossom was absolutely that for us. I'm prone to overthinking, so I was amazed at how smoothly everything went and how little I thought about logistics on the wedding day, because they were all handled to perfection. We got married at King Gillette Ranch which is basically a completely empty space you have to build out from scratch with your vendors. Janna kept things going with a smile. All the vendors knew what to do and set things up impeccably. During the event, Janna safeguarded us when needed, moved us along when needed, and let us enjoy ourselves without interruption when we could. She and her team thought of so many touches big and small that really made our day, even something like having a drink and apps ready just for us after the ceremony. And the items they set up were done beautifully. Janna even came to help me with a wardrobe malfunction that I couldn't figure out how to fix. It was a real-life fairy godmother moment! All this to say that you can trust this team, and I am so grateful that I did. We went with the Lantana package (coordination), which obviously meant we had to do some of the heavy lifting and research in preparation for the wedding, but it was invaluable to have the guidance of Janna the whole way. I would say it was very worth it for the amount of involvement she had a whole year in advance. She sent us vendor recommendations, a planning calendar, looked at contracts, and we had monthly calls. We kept track of our budget, would call and book vendors, picked rentals and flowers (design), handled stationary, RSVPs, DIYs, and a million other things that go into planning a wedding. I liked being able to make decisions, and stayed on top of things with spreadsheets and lists, but I wouldn't have felt comfortable doing it without an expert like Janna who could keep me on track so nothing important fell through the cracks. It was also incredibly useful to be able to ask her anything throughout the process if I had any questions. And Janna eventually took over vendor communications about 1 month out, which allowed us to focus on final prep all couples go through, and guests trickling into town. It was the perfect amount of involvement for us.

Lily from Orange Blossom stepped up to the plate and did a phenomenal job!! She understood that we just needed someone there the day of and she never once overstepped or made us feel stressed. She followed our wishes perfectly and made sure our timeline was fulfilled to a T! Lily is extremely professional, patient and kind. She goes above and beyond on the day and made sure nothing went wrong!! We greatly appreciate Lily for taking us on as clients and being so easygoing, organized and kind! I also want to stress that Orange Blossom and Lily were kind enough to give us a discount since we had already done all the footwork! They didn't feel it was morally right to charge us for an overall planner/coordinator. It's rare (especially in the wedding industry) to find people with such great morals, integrity and kindness. But Lily and Orange Blossom are full of that! Thank you so much for all of your help, Lily! We appreciate you so much!! She deserves a raise and all the flowers. She's truly the best!

My proposal had a lot of moving parts - a decorator, a violinist, a venue, and a photographer - and Michele coordinated everything expertly while patiently answering my many many questions (I must have sent nearly 100 emails from the initial planning through the day of). Then, after months of planning, a week prior to the proposal date - the weather forecast called for rain on my chosen day. Immediately, Michele worked tirelessly to help me reschedule the event to a day with better weather, while also ensuring that all vendors were available. When I first heard about the Heart Bandits, I thought they might be too good to be true. It didn't seem possible for a single company to plan such a wide variety of proposals in so many locations. Even now, I still can't fully believe they pulled everything off as beautifully as they did. If they could handle a proposal like mine - one with multiple vendors, months of planning, and last-minute rescheduling - all while remaining so professional and keeping me informed throughout the process, I have to believe they can do this for anyone. If you're hesitant because the reviews seem too good to be true, I felt the same way. But deciding to work with them was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Thank you Michele, 100x over.

The proposal setup, venue selection, and overall coordination were handled well, and the proposal itself went smoothly. However, the biggest disappointment was the photography. The photos did not meet expectations, which is frustrating given that these are the memories you'll keep long after the event is over. One concern is that the contract is heavily written to protect the company. It essentially states that if the photos or videos don't turn out as expected, there is very little accountability on their side. As a customer, that leaves you taking on most of the risk despite paying a premium price. If you're considering working with them, I would strongly recommend using them for planning, setup, and logistics, but hiring your own photographer and videographer separately. Their event coordination was solid, but I would not rely on them for capturing the moment unless you're comfortable with the possibility of underwhelming results. Also after speaking to the Michelle it felt like it was my mistake rather than taking accountability. I would have been more generous with my rating but really disappointed with the way Michelle took the accountability and hence the review

We had been engaged for over a year before we really started planning and honestly had no idea where to begin. We had all the basic questions -- How do you set a realistic budget? What do things actually cost? Is the wedding we're envisioning even feasible? We spoke with several planners, and Abby immediately stood out. From our very first conversation, she was incredibly helpful, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us. Even before we officially started working together, there were so many green flags. Choosing Abby and her team was a complete no-brainer. We planned our wedding in under a year, and Abby, Amanda, Kat, and the entire Sugarplum & Co. team were incredible every step of the way. They gave us the tools, resources, guidance, confidence, and reassurance we needed to bring our vision to life. You may know what you want your wedding to look and feel like, but having experts by your side who know what works, what's realistic, and how to bring it all together is invaluable. Their expertise also goes far beyond the creative side of planning. From budgets and vendors to reviewing contracts, asking the right questions, and making sure we were setting ourselves up for success, they were an incredible resource. There are so many things you simply don't know to look for when you've never planned a wedding before, and we always felt like we were in such good hands. Most importantly, they genuinely care. Abby is an absolute rockstar wedding planner! Where do we even start? From our very first call with…read moreAbby, we knew she was different. She wasn't just trying to sell us a package - she genuinely wanted to get to know us as a couple, our story, and the kind of vibe we wanted our wedding to have. That first impression stuck with us. Over the next two years of planning, Abby and her team brought our ideas to life and helped to make our dream wedding a reality. Design: We told Abby we wanted an "East Meets West" theme that blended our cultures in a way that felt modern and elegant, a tough balance that could've easily come off as cheesy in if executed poorly. But Abby nailed it of course, her design sense is unreal. From color palettes and floral choices to the way she tied together modern décor with cultural elements, everything was cohesive and elevated. She has an incredible eye for detail and always found creative, out-of-the-box ways to make our ideas work. The end result was a wedding that felt truly felt like us! Communication: Throughout the entire process, Abby and her team were consistently on top of communication. She kept us updated between meetings, sent friendly reminders, and made sure we were always aligned on next steps. It's easy for things to slip through the cracks when planning something this big, but Abby kept everything organized and stress-free. We never once felt out of the loop, she was always calm, professional, and genuinely fun to talk to. Vendor Management: Abby's vendor management skills are next level. She has deep connections and knows everyone in the wedding world. When we needed vendors for flowers, desserts, or décor, she already had a curated list of the best options with pros and cons ready for us. Some of our vendors were booked more than a year in advance, but Abby and her team were always on top of follow-ups, contracts, and logistics. By the time the big day arrived, every vendor was perfectly coordinated. It really felt like we had assembled the Avengers of wedding vendors! Working Style: We can't say enough about how enjoyable it was to work with Abby and her team. They're so friendly, positive, and genuinely care about their couples. You can tell they love what they do and that they actually enjoy working together - it felt like they were more of friends than coworkers. Whenever unexpected hiccups came up (and they always do in wedding planning), Abby handled them with grace and a sense of humor. She's done hundreds of weddings, so she always had the experience to guide us to make informed decisions. It was so fun working with the entire team and it made the stressful process of wedding planning feel less stressful. Execution: This is where Abby and her team truly shine. Planning is one thing, but executing flawlessly is another and they did it all seamlessly. From coordinating vendors to keeping our timeline on track, they were everywhere and nowhere all at once, putting out fires behind the scenes before we even knew they existed. The day flowed perfectly. At the end of the night, we were blown away to see how they had already packed up all our belongings, made sure our ride was ready, and tied up every little loose end without us lifting a finger. That level of thoughtfulness really showed how much they care. Budget & Financial Management: The truth is weddings are expensive, and it's easy for costs to spiral if you're not careful. Abby was phenomenal at keeping everything organized and transparent. She tracked every expense, set reminders for upcoming milestone payments for vendors, and even handled tipping for all our vendors so we didn't have to stress about it on the big day. What really stood out was her honesty and foresight -- anytime a decision could push us beyond our budget, she proactively flagged it and walked us through the financial trade-offs before we committed. Thanks to her meticulous tracking and planning, there were zero surprises at the end. Everything was clearly outlined and accounted for, which gave us complete peace of mind. In short, Abby and her team are the best in the business. They bring design expertise, organization, and heart to every step of the process. You'll see what we mean once you have the first introductory call with her. She's the kind of planner who truly loves what she does, doesn't settle for anything less than perfect, and it shows in every detail. We highly recommend her for anyone looking for a top class wedding planner!

We wanted a team that could help keep us organized, communicate with our vendors, help build and manage the day-of timeline, and make sure all of the tiny details were accounted for leading up to the wedding. Most importantly, we wanted to actually ENJOY our wedding day. We wanted to dance, drink, eat, laugh, and party with our favorite people without worrying about which family member was supposed to walk down the aisle next or who was giving a speech after dinner. Allie and her team did ALL of that and then some. Allie made herself available for questions, recommendations, and guidance well before our official month-of coordination even began. She stayed on top of communication with us and our vendors, kept us on track with planning and booking, thought of details I never would have even considered, and somehow made the entire wedding planning process feel SO much easier. Allie brought so much life and fun to the entire process. She is an absolute joy to have around, does not take herself too seriously, and somehow manages to keep things organized while still making everything feel exciting and fun. That was such a breath of fresh air during a process that can very easily become overwhelming. The Morning Concierge service deserves its own shoutout because it was AMAZING. Angelynn joined us that morning and immediately became the person who somehow had an eye on everything. She brought breakfast, kept me hydrated, steamed all of the dresses, kept hair and makeup moving according to schedule, made sure the groomsmen were ready on time, and basically made sure the entire morning stayed on track without it ever feeling stressful. Having someone there whose entire job was to take care of the little things and keep us moving was SUCH a luxury. When our wedding day finally arrived, we were able to completely let go and enjoy it. We did not have to worry about timelines, vendors, family, setup, speeches, or any of the million tiny things happening behind the scenes because we knew Allie and her team had it handled. And they DID. We genuinely loved every decision we made and every vendor we booked, but hiring Pop the Champagne was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They allowed us to be fully present for the day we had spent so much time planning, and our wedding would not have been nearly as amazing without them. If you are debating whether you need a coordinator, DO IT. And if you are trying to decide who to hire, hire Pop the Champagne. Your future wedding-day self will thank you!
