For those who don't know Palo Santo is for peace and calmness. As far as location this particular store is inside South Shore Mall. Pricing is pretty reasonable. Customer service is great. There was a sale for 12.95 "select three wick candles". At the registered I attempted to use my 10 dollars off of 30 coupon and was told "I cannot combine the sale with the coupon". She said my manager told me not to combine both Now, I've shopped at Bath and Body works all over and have never had this issue. In fact, I've been able to use my 10 dollars off of 30 coupon when the candles were on sale for even less! I said to the person, if I can combine the sale with the coupon online, then I don't see why I couldn't in the store. I showed her that it works online and explained that I've done this many times. I asked to speak to a manager. The woman at the counter called the manager. The manager stated "I'll do this for you this one time, next time you can place the order online and pick it up in store. So this manger is apparently making up her own rules regarding sales, coupons, and discounts. Let's be honest, many of us only go to the store for candles when we know these sales are going on. Woman at the counter said the store manager's name is "Kelly" and the District Manager's name is "Fee". She said she got her orders from the district manager (not sure if these are real names). Plenty of Bath and Body Works stores around, avoid this one.
