I did NOT authorize a tip to be added to my card because I had already tipped in cash. That is completely unacceptable and made me feel like I couldn't trust the staff handling my payment. On top of that, the customer service was poor and the situation left a terrible impression. I strongly recommend checking your receipt and bank statement carefully after paying here.
