A very nice place for the entire family. It is mandatory mask wearing no excuses. Even outside which is good for the protection of all of us. It is good for adults because they have adult drinks large TVs to watch the games and they have a good selection for food and frozen drinks . They have rides outside kart racing and giant slide and a ride that goes front wards in circles and then backwards. They also have minute game outside and bowling and inflatable bumper karts. Lots of games to play. All the family can enjoy the fun. I had fun and so did my granddaughter. It is pretty safe because they really have policeman not security watching. They carry the real deal guns

One of the few good prizes, but good luck getting 60,000 tickets when several games don't even work properly.

Our family has played here throughout the years, but the place has slowly gone downhill, with malfunctioning games and cheap knockoff prizes. 1. Down the Clown (a staple game at arcades) is missing several balls, but instead of getting the proper balls, staff replaced them with lightweight balls that are hardly heavy enough to even knock the clowns down. This of course takes away from the fun. 2. QuikDrop, a game where players drop balls into buckets as quickly as possible, has been broken as long as we can remember. Balls do not dispense properly, making the game unplayable. The fact that this has gone unfixed for so long shows how neglectful the staff is regarding their games. 3. Pop the Lock, another popular game that tests your hand-eye coordination, has an unbearable lag. This makes the game unplayable as the entire purpose of the game is to react with lightning speed to win the jackpot. Again, another example of how neglectful staff has been with games. 4. Whack-N-Win, a game that takes only a few seconds to play, has an unexplainable premium placed on its price, and to add insult to injury, the jackpot payout for the game is unusually low. Other games have jackpots that are too low too. (Why is Down the Clown 250 tickets instead of the usual 500?) 5. Zombie Snatcher looks like it was built in the 1990's and doesn't even award tickets automatically. Instead, you take an actual hockey puck to the front of the store to redeem what are laughably low awards, like 50 or 100 tickets. (What a waste of time!) 6. If you're lucky enough to win a jackpot on any game, don't expect to be able to play it for another 5 minutes. The electric ticket counter takes several minutes to "count" your tickets, and the game remains inaccessible to anyone while it does this. Expect to watch several frustrated guests repeatedly swipe their card in a futile effort to play a game someone has won a jackpot on. 7. Many of the "top prizes" behind the shelf are cheap knockoff brands: cheap, low quality headphones and electronics. In a nutshell: Too many broken games and prizes need improvement. It also wouldn't hurt to add a few more redemption games; there really isn't that much variety. Only reason I give two stars instead of one is the food is solid.

Fantastic food and drink selection. Great place to take the kids to play. I only wish I lived closer

Great spot to take the kids for some game time and family fun. Was here on Sunday at 2pm for a play date with my daughter and her friend. It's not a big place, but have great game options and attractions. Some of the popular attractions include go-karts, bumper cars, a big slide, and mini golf. I actually rode the go-karts because my daughter does not know how to drive and it was so much fun. I haven't drove a go-kart in many years and even after all these years it's fun. The wait time on all the attractions was like 2 minutes tops. There were not wait lines to play any of the games. The cost is not cheap tho, especially if you have multiple children. There is no admission fee but you pay for the game card that's used for the attractions and games. I purchased the platinum card which came with 3 attraction rides and 60 game credits for $30.00. This may sound like a lot of game credits, but if the game you choose cost 36 credits this is nothing. I made the mistake of not reading the Game amount assuming they all fell in the range of like 3-8 credits. WRONG!! VR games, which I guess are popular now and with the kids run you 20 credits and up just for one game. This can get very expensive. You can also reload/add more credits to your existing card if you run out, which range from like $5-$20 I think. So yeah, this place can definitely get costly if you have multiple kids and you spend hours here. They also have food, which I must admit the options were great and the food was fresh to order. I ordered the nachos and my daughter and her friend had the kid cheese pizza/fries. I paid $6.99 for my half order of nachos, which still was a lot and looked like a full order to me, and $6.99 for the cheese pizza that came with fries and a beverage. They also have adult beverages, which is very nice! It was also orderly and did not appear to have issues with any riff raff and I can see why because they don't have regular security guards, they have real police here protecting, so I am sure that's a determent if anyone had any stupidity to come to mind while here. It also make you feel safe coming here with your kid(s). The place is super clean/no smells and they enforce Covid protocols and you must wear your mask here at all times, unless you're outside or in the eating area. Overall my daughter had a great time and so did I, but spending $100 in 3 hours for a play date doesn't make you wanna run back real quick.

    Cobb Salad

I am absolutely head over heels for the Cobb salad at this place. Not to mention, the wings and pizza are good options as well. Most people only come to bring their kids or to attend birthday parties but sometimes I go just for the salad. The incorporate the perfect amount of each ingredient and it makes for an incredible salad. 10/10 would recommend!!

I planned my own wedding also. AMENITIES: We requested a bridal room for both wedding parties - both were available & we ere told to just let them know. I let them know BOTH ROOMS were needed. 1-month before the date, I re-confirmed rooms / amenities / schedule time frame - the amenities that were marketed were again being rescinded - one suite was booked but the other room was promised to another party for their event (Quinceanera). We went back & forth a few times. 1st time we were informed it was a first come, first serve basis - I asked why no one inquired with me first. I asked about deposit dates as I was the first deposit for this date when I booked a year ago and SPECIFICALLY ASKED ABOUT OTHER EVENTS THAT DAY DUE TO CONCERNS ABOUT COMPETING MUSIC/DJs/ BANDS etc. I also informed the venue BOTH ROOMS were wanted and requested, and this was non-negotiable especially since my event was first (to align with their first come first serve policy that was only just verbalized) and that in comparison this was poor judgement and coordinating as I was having a wedding which required 2 rooms. ***FOR FURTHER CONTEXT, THEIR EVENT WAS ON THE 2ND FLOOR, MINE ON THE 1ST FLOOR and there was a huge bathroom/suite upstairs that could have been utilized for this event. There was a lot of communication with the venue up to this point, therefore this was a flat out lie and an excuse for the oversight*** Note: During our wedding rehearsal, the coordinator consistently walked in and out with multiple clients providing a tour & even sat in during our wedding rehearsal without permission to promote their event space. This was extremely tacky. Coordinator allowed the Mariachi band to begin playing BEFORE I was able to go out and start my ceremony - NO COORDINATING AT ALL AFTER I MADE IT CLEAR ON THE TIME FRAMES. She also told me SHE WOULD PERSONALLY make sure there was no overlapping. I asked to speak with the other event to ensure I had no miscommunications, again I was assured she would do this. SECURITY: The venue has multiple rooms and when asked about noise / music clashing / wedding crashers, we were informed that was the security's job to ensure all guests stayed in their designated venue rooms - both parties mingled back and forth like a 2-floor night club. PAYMENT/CONTRACT: After weighing options with other venues, we made the down payment - 20% of the total. The sales consultant that provided the tour and was answering questions about the venue drew up the contract with the help of the manager of the venue. THE CONTRACT WAS INCORRECT. 2 different time frames were provided the contract - when I pointed this out it was verballed stated to me, they will update the contract at a later time but it was correct in the system Not sure why they were not able to update & re-print at THAT time but this was the 1st red flag. While making payments over the next year, the payment policy (in our contract) changed, and we were not notified of the update. During the final discussions in the last 2-months, the venue also did not correctly indicate the hours of the day. First, we were told 4-hour event window & everything would be end at 10pm. Then we were told it would be midnight since they forgot to add the 2-additional hours for the add-on ceremony. (2-hour ceremony + 4-hour reception = 6 total hours). This cost us money, we had to re-negotiate the time frames and the end of the event with the DJ & photographer. WEDDING COORDINATOR: My coordinator did not coordinate & was non-existent. She did not accommodate anything she stated she would, she did not fix/set up anything I had requested, and she also left my side to assist the upstairs party since they had a higher headcount (paid more money). The outside portion of the ceremony area had a wooden arch for the ceremony altar that we were able to use - I asked for the doors to be opened for us to decorate but I was refused since it was late. They weren't scheduled to close for another hour or so. I didn't fight with them; I left it alone and informed them I needed these doors open for the ceremony tomorrow - STAFF: THEY DID NOT OPEN THE DOORWAY. THE CEREMONY STARTED 30 MINUTES LATER THAN THE SCHEDULED TIME BECAUSE OF THE VENUE'S LACK OF DILIGENCE AND COMPETENCE. The staff, predominantly Hispanic, assumed we did not speak Spanish and began talking negatively and trashy about us in front of us. I was informed we could not have a fog machine, another event had multiple fog machines on the same day.

Let me start with the good stuff. The rooms were quite nice. To be honest, this is NOT a 4 star hotel, so do not expect a Ritz Carlton. But the furniture and the furnishings were quite nice and new. The towels were thick and heavy. The toiletries were very nice and plentiful. Likewise, the lobby is nicely done and big enough to handle lots of people at one time. We stayed at the hotel because of a big event/meal and, I have to say the event and food there were really good. The ballroom was nicely appointed and the food was very tasty (a hard thing to do when you're feeding about 300 people). But the hotel event staff ran a tight ship and I noticed a fair number of people going back through the buffet line for seconds. That is a good sign. Okay now to the bad stuff. The front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful. They looked at you, if they did at all, like you were bothering them. Housekeeping was sub-par; slow and they did not really clean anything. The bar and the dining room were also not good. The food in the bar and the breakfast in the dining room were not worth going back for at all, ever! One final thing to note is that the hotel is isolated in an area that is not so nice. Surrounding businesses are not interesting, there are no good restaurants and there is no place to shop if that is your thing. The hotel itself might be worth a 4 star rating here but the negative aspects drag it down to a 3 star review. Do I recommend this hotel? No.

The red, vinyl booths around the dance floor look aged, and the carpeting is thread bare in the most traveled parts. The bar looks cheap and outdated too. My first impression upon entering is that the place is a dark and gloomy maze constructed of brown brick and wood paneling. The food was off - nothing tasted normal. It was a game to guess the sauces in the gravy bowls, and instead of tartar and cocktail sauce, they were in fact ranch and french salad dressing. I still didn't think so after tasting them but that's what the people at my table claimed. The soup I thought was cream of potato but was instead cream of chicken rice with a strong lemon tang. I think they doused the beef roast with hot sauce. I did like the roasted chicken which was marinated and cooked well, as well as any diner I've eaten at. The bar did not have any single malt scotch. The service was excellent by the wait staff, but the tables and chairs were pushed so close together, they needed our assistance to pass dishes and drinks to the people against the wall. The part of the venue we were in is the smaller of the two and fit 180 people uncomfortably. Seriously, it's a decent facility if you like outdated, dark banquet halls. I will say that the bathroom was decent and clean, which is always a plus. Cons: my major issue was the food. It was all bad. The rice and mastacoli (the only side dishes) were both spicy! The beef was OK at best. The salad was iceberg with barely anything added (I'd rather drink my water). The bread was either cheap or left uncovered for too long as it had started hardening. The worst part was my chicken, which may have been tasty, had it not been spoiled! It wasn't rancid, but that chicken that you realize has been in the fridge for 12 hours too long and needs to be doused in vinegar before cooking. But they neglected the vinegar step. I informed the staff and the response was, "oh" as she took the plate and walked away with it. *sigh So much for expecting to eat as a part of my ticket price. Overall, I was there for an informal dance party, so the venue served it's purpose. However, this is not somewhere I would want to attend a formal event.

Randy and his staff gave us a wedding to remember, and we are eternally grateful for what Bella Mia did for us and couldn't be happier that was the venue we chose!!!

Her Chicken Vesuvio was very good, and the Shrimp DeJonghe appetizer was enjoyable, especially with the bread. Unfortunately, everything declined once the entrées arrived. My porterhouse steak was placed on the table rather abruptly, and the cut looked more like a T-bone, with the filet portion nearly nonexistent. The quality of the meat was poor and extremely tough -- barely edible. I rarely ask for A1 sauce with a steak, but it was the only way I could get through it. The baked potato was dry, and while the side salad was fresh, it felt more like cafeteria-quality than something from a restaurant at this price point. Shortly after dropping off the entrées, the waitress quickly asked how the food was. I responded, "just okay," but she immediately walked away, not giving the impression that she was interested in hearing anything further. That set the tone for the rest of the service. What made the situation more disappointing was seeing the table next to us receive the same porterhouse. Their steak appeared nearly twice the size of mine, had a clearly defined filet portion, and they were able to cut into it effortlessly. The inconsistency was very noticeable. After that, service was largely absent. We waited about 20 minutes trying to locate our waitress Dee with no success. The owner did stop by and was very friendly when we asked for A1 sauce, but overall the service remained slow. It took roughly 30 minutes to get a water refill and another 30 minutes to receive our check. The explanation given was that she had been in the back handling a difficult order. For the price and expectations that come with ordering a porterhouse, this experience did not meet the standard. While there were a few bright spots, the inconsistency in food quality and service makes this a 2-star experience at best.
