There's also plenty of free weights and machines on the ground floor. All my muscles were wakened up! Every day is a different one hour training. The ingenuity and the creativity of the staff in creating a complete body exercises is beyond imagination. My body was transformed form "not in shape" to an Iron man; my mind, memory and body functionally have improved tremendously. It is open to employees of SOUTHCOM and all DoD and their dependents. 24-hour​ access if you have the right badge and generally it is clean and well maintained. Full locker room for men and ladies.
