Despite being very busy on a Saturday afternoon, this place was on top of it. Customer service was top notch.. friendly, inviting, and moving the line through quickly. The dining room attendant was promptly cleaning tables ensuring they were ready immediately for use by the next hungry patrons. Drink station was well stocked and kept clean. Condiment area was well stocked and kept clean as well. Restrooms were stocked and clean. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Definitely the In N Out standard. Great tasting and nice presentation as well. I will definitely keep this In N Out in mind for future pit stops. read more

This In-N-Out is okay. I used to work at an In-N-Out down in Orange County. Let me tell you this is not how we did it at store #42. There have been several times when I wasn't even greeted when I got to the counter. At my old store my ass would be had if I wasn't at the counter with a smile when a customer was there. I frequent this location an embarrassing amount of times. So much so, I recognize almost every employee, and most of them probably recognize me. I genuinely have a problem with the amount of times I have been here every week for the past decade. You won't find a fast food joint that consistently serves a better burger or better fries, even at higher price points. Their fries (NOT animal style) are the best. Their burgers (specifically, the double-double) are the best. Their shakes (which I very rarely get) are the best. Tip: Visit during non-peak hours. (Weekdays before 11am or after 11pm.) And although this next attribute is not store specific, as an overall business, I also really appreciate In-N-Out's charitable contributions to child abuse and human trafficking organizations. This In-N-Out never ceases to amaze me! The line always wraps around the parking lot (see picture) but the staff tend to do a pretty good job organizing, taking orders early in the line, and having the food ready when you get to the window (if driving). It's always better fresh so we ran home to scarf everything down and it was amazing! We ordered cheese burgers and fries, all animal style, and enjoyed every bite! I've gone to In-n-out for years and in all honesty have come to expect my orders to be correct, so much so that I don't even bother to double check my order. Well the last 2 times my orders have been wrong and while at least this time I got what I was charged for I didn't get what I ordered. While I've come to expect this from some of the lesser hamburger joints In-n-out had always seemed above common mistakes that come from not actually listening to what the customer orders and just trying to move people thru the line and using the term "right on" after every sentence the customer says. Not sure when right on became a substitute for every word that a cashier would say including thank you but if it has this kid had it mastered. Gotta say if I have to wait in the line they could at least get the order right and maybe a thank you would be a nice touch. read more

After reading reviews prior to trying this yet again I thought I was going to have a good experinece, but yet again I am dissapointed. The burger is really nothing to brag about. This review might seem harsh for a fast food, but thats because I was mislead to believe that this was the best burger in town, yet that is far from true. The buns were stone cold and dry when I ate it; and i did not even wait that long to eat it was just like 5 minutes by the most after purchasing. The meat was too thin and very dry in texture and taste, and had nothing special in terms of flavor or variation from other fast food joints. The fries was soggy and cold, and really does not taste like what other reviewers say it to be. I honestly am puzzled that this place got called the best burgers and etc, what are these people tasting that I am not, and yes I am aware of the secret menu, which literally is thousand island on a dry burger and cold fries. In conclusion the food really sucks and the decor as well sucks, looks like some corny burger joint from the 80's. In all I won't be back and I have no idea why "in and out" is something most Californians talk about, as a fast food joint it's not even that good. I was clearly IN and now I'm absolutely OUT and there would never be a point of return for me after this visit. For a burger place, not only it's not the best I don't think it can even be considered fair. As I live outside of California it is always a treat to come to in-n-out and indulge in the goodness that is animal style. Every time I bite into their burger my only thought is "why don't we have this all over the US?" Followed closely behind the thought "more animal sauce." This was my first time trying In and Out Burger. I must say this place is your fast food chain of burgers but they are way way way way better and yummier and juicier. The place itself is always very packed but there's plenty of seating, both indoor and outdoor. Even though it's packed the line and your order gets through very fast. Menu is simple, about three choices of burgers and fries or milkshakes. I, of course, ordered the Double and an order of French fries. The burger was so good, didn't taste like a fast food patty. It definitely had more quality. The ingredients in the bun tastes fresh unlike McDonalds and such. The pickles, tomatoes and lettuce were super fresh. The French fries were also great, I found them to be cut the right way and fried correctly. They weren't over or under fried. Apparently there's a secret sauce you can request over your burger that it's amazing, I did not get to try. Price is super reasonable. Two burgers and two drinks with fries will run you less than $15. Would return if I'm craving fast food burgers. read more

The holy grail of burgers, I'm not really a burger fan but I believe this place can convert anyone. The menu is pretty simple either you hungry (single patty) or your starving (double patty). Then the fries either you want basic fries or you want it animal style with the dressing. When we went I had the double patty, so I could really experience in N out. The burger was delicious!! The patty tasted like it was actually cooked and not microwaved. Now the fries, I for one am not a fan on French dressing so I got the fries basic. The cut of fries they choose to sell here I'm definitely a fan. The service here was great as well, we went through the drive thru, but I felt as though the workers actually wanted to be at work, no attidues received. I don't usually give in and out burger a bad reviews but today I was disappointed. They didn't coordinate their drive through efficiently. Customers got confused and two lines were formed instead of one line. One of their customer was road-raging on another customer. That was unnecessary and unpleasant! People are acting crazy. Road rage can escalate to violence if you make the wrong person angry. I have never met a bad customer through in and out before. This would not happen if they would tell customers where to drive through. Most customers drive through their normal route there and many are repeat customers. Unless you have someone to coordinate and give clear direction as to where the line for the car should be, customers will be confused. read more
