Avoid this In-n-out during COVID! The employees as always are super sweet and they cannot be blamed for this. We were on our way home and decided to go through drive thru. I ran inside to use the bathroom with my mask on. Looked and around to a bunch of people sitting back to back , no mask. I was mortified but had to go pee and ran straight into the bathroom. A woman in the stall next to me was coughing up a lung and no mask. I went as quickly as I could. I really sincerely tried to like In-N-Out. I've been three times, and all three have been very mediocre. The burger is a glorified fast food burger. Not juicy. Not particularly delicious. Hey guys! I'm a Canadian reviewing In-N-Out! Lemme just begin to say I'd die for an In-N-Out to appear in Eastern Canada (okay even Eastern US I'll be happy; I go to NYC a lot more often than LA). They probably have one of the best burgers I've eaten that's less than $10. Yes I know it's so unhealthy, but enjoyment is what counts! I ordered both the hamburger and cheeseburger, as well as some french fries for my family to share. As I said, there's something about the patty that feels really gourmet, equivalent to some of the $10+ burger joints in my hometown...and all this for not even $5??? If I had to say one thing though the restaurant did miss one of our orders, and we had to wait for a long time to retrieve it since it was a busy afternoon. I'm glad that at night people are too lazy/ tired to go to the nearby In-n-Out because this was a way better alternative than being the introvert that I am packed like sardines inside of the Morongo Casino's food court area. Not to mention avoiding the secondhand smoke! A nice quaint little place. I'm giving it a four stars simply because the cashier kinda judged me and thought I was a homeless person~ So it felt kinda iffy. But regardless, it was a nice quaint place. Tried the animal style fries for the first time and my mind was blown- it's so yummy! Although I did get full quick with both the cheeseburger and the fries with the influx of calories so I opted to take the leftovers for later. It's a nice and peaceful place late at night. Few people, quiet ambience. I would figure it would be busy throughout the day but eh- if it's night time I suggest going to In-n-Out. I have never been to a bad In-N-Out Burger and I have been to more than I like to admit. The burgers and fries are just the best. It is fast food and the burgers are just as good as mid-range seat down places. You can have your burger made anyway you want. Just ask. They have a secret menu, but you don't need to know it. This location is one of the best I've been to. Went through the drive-thru with a handful of cars ahead of us but the line moved pretty quickly. The staff was really nice and friendly. They were super generous when we asked for ketchup and banana peppers - they gave us more than we expected. The food was so BOMB, burgers and fries were so flipping hot and fresh, it was GREAT! Their soda was extra bubbly which was super refreshing. I am such a fan of the In-N-Out burger chain.... The cheeseburger was moist, tasty, delicious. The tomatoes, lettuce and other toppings were fresh and crisp. The bun was nicely toasted.... Every time I took a bite, I could hear and feel the crunch.....it was such a good cheeseburger. It had been 4-5 years since I had one of these cheeseburgers...since there's no stores near Providence, where I live. But every time I come near a city that has one of them.... I plan on getting a nice cheeseburger. The fries are not so great...kind of dry, bland, not very tasty. The regular hamburger was not great either, kind of dry. I guess I've resigned myself to Yelping every In-N-Out I enter until I die. It's kind of like how Andy Warhol kept painting soup cans over and over again--actually, it's exactly the same, except that I'm not famous, just horribly compulsive. I stopped by this In-N-Out on my way to Phoenix. It was identical to pretty much all the other In-N-Outs I've ever been to, definitely all the ones I've used for sustenance on long drives. Same layout, same fast, friendly service, same delicious burgers. I got a Double Double with grilled onions and a Diet Coke, which is what I almost always get--one of the most satisfying meals in existence. I raided the banana peppers, ate like ten of them with my burger. I really appreciated the change over to all-you-can-eat peppers from the measly packages they used to have. It felt sad to get off the freeway in Cabazon and not hit Morongo, but I was happy to get my In-N-Out, and it was probably much cheaper than a trip to the casino. I love in-n-out, but today was my first time at this location and I was especially impressed with how speedy they were! I got in a long line to order and thought it would take forever. It moved so quickly I was at the counter within 2 minutes. When I walked in, they were calling numbers in the 20's. My order was number 46 but it was ready within less then 10 minutes. Go to the In N Out down the road. Went here at ~10:15pm on Oct 7th. There are roughly 6 workers in the kitchen and three of them are not wearing masks (the brunette shorter woman, the buzzed hair average height brunette man and the tall strawberry blonde man). Additionally, the tall strawberry blonde man is using the same gloves used to handle the register/ money as he is to handle food (specifically make cheese fries). This is disgusting. Parking lot is large with a overflow parking, plenty of outdoor seating. Inside is very clean and staff is there to greet you as you walk through the door. We love In-N-Out. Have been customers for years at all In-N-Outs! We visited the Cabazon one this week and dined in. Food was great, as always. No complaint there. With the COVID-19 virus going on, we were a disappointed that tables were not being wiped when customers left. We had to ask 3 times to get our table wiped before someone came over. He explained that he is the only one doing the wiping down and has to do outside too. He wiped our table with a dirty rag and used no disinfectant!! My suggestion is assign an employee to wipe the tables when customers leave. Alternate shifts to keep employee from getting bored, if that becomes a problem.
