My experience at this camp this year was not very pleasant. The unfriendly feeling the directors give you when entering the camp would be enough to keep anyone from wanting to come here. However, after gaining knowledge of all of the "stories" of what has happened here, it's safe to say me and my children won't be returning.. it's sad to see such a great childhood memory turn to this.

But now less than one year later not only have they helped accomplish my initial goal of letting him get his face wet and hopefully get him out of that life vest... they have done that and more!! It's amazing... the boy swims laps! He used to fight me every time going to swim class and now he can't wait to get in the pool. I commend Sigma on an amazing staff and a great program. Throughout the entire program, I have had only one challenge and that was the facility had numerous issues with the swimming pool and it was closed.

Glenda Miller was polite and helpful yet she never could get anyone to give me an answer on my membership. The membership director even called and left me a message saying she received my paperwork and would call me back. She never called back so I called again. She was ride at first and I explained to her that it's hard enough asking for help and embarrassing have to keep calling and asking she then became nice. She said she would call me back the following day with an answer. Well that was 3/1 I am still waiting for a call. The YMCA to be represents assistance and helping families. The temperature in the rooms is adjustable and there are extra blankets but I suggest to bring your own since those were small ones and there's a somewhat "store" inside the venue at the entrance but I didnt have the chance to see what they sold.
