Swim team! My 4 children have been swimming with this team/organization for more than 7 years. All ages, even adults can be competitive, or just for physical activity, will learn proper stroke mechanics, be a part of a supportive, encouraging and growth experience. This group has given them confidence, and skills for life. The coaches are always positive and kind. I cannot say enough about the coaches! It's also great for homeschoolers as their PE.
