There was ZERO introduction to the teacher or water - she was just grabbed and thrown in like they were part of an assembly line. My family asked for a session where they could actually focus on bonding her with the teacher and water - and they scheduled for a day when nobody was there (which is just irritating and rude... my mom scheduled her one day off around this) and then has been ghosted when asked to reschedule. We've now asked for a refund and have also been ignored. I just don't think this place holds strong morals or integrity - being grabbed by a stranger and thrown into water as a 4 year old is traumatizing. Would not recommend. 0/10.
