This place continues to be amazing…read more They always get us in within a day or two's notice and do an incredible job. Also one of the best prices around. Thank you Pet Heroes for taking such good care of our boy!!

When I arrived, I had collapsible water bowls attached to both leashes. I dropped off the dogs and again everyone was very kind. When I came to pick up my dogs, I noticed one of the collapsible bowls was gone and asked about it. They couldn't find it and I asked for them to give me a call if found. My dogs looked very clean and the bandanas provided were very cute. As I was pulling out, I was stopped and told that one of the associates saw me drop something as I was getting out of my car when I first arrived to drop off my dogs, it looked like a frisbee - most likely the collapsible water bowl. But they didn't tell me when I dropped off the dogs and by that point it was gone which was upsetting but not a huge deal. When I got home, I realized one of my labs had a red and swollen eye. My dogs are very high energy, still puppies, and honestly need work on their training so I understand if she moved during and it was an accident but that is something they should have communicated to me. Although they were very nice over the phone and in person, the lack of communication means I will not be returning. Update: After the review the owner reached out with concern which was nice but nothing further was done. She was taken to the vet and thankfully no corneal abrasion but she does need eye drops 3 times daily for a week. Vet was unable to say exact cause but possibilities include shampoo/soap in eye, something having poked the eye, or strangulation. Again, I know my dogs are high energy so I don't believe it was any malicious intent of the staff. I do have pictures before and after so I do know that it occurred at the groomer's but am not faulting. Just advising if your dogs are high energy to consider grooming yourself to not risk this.
