I always bring the most difficult cases and the groomers here make it work. This is Pandoras third time and she runs right in, anywhere else it is a BATTLE to get her inside. Agave has an open space so you can see everything that is done. There is mot hiding, pets are well taken care of and the compassionate care is amazing! They are well with in my budget and I rescue, so always a different pet with a different standard and/or request and they take the time necessary to make sure the pet has the best experience. This was our first time coming here and it was definitely a great choice! The receptionist was friendly and quick. He took Willow in for a full list of grooming. She got a wash, teeth cleaning, nail clip, and ear cleaning for under $35. An hour after dropping her off, I picked up a very happy clean doggy. Honestly if your don't like talking to people about their pets, here's an idea don't open and or run a pet grooming business. Simple instructions overlooked / ignored. The front office area is covered in dog hair which is understandable because of the nature of the business; but vacuum once in a while. Don't leave your kids to greet customers, the young lady who stormed off to fetch an employee looked obviously bothered. When I tried to ask the woman helping me about my pets behavior I was simply ignored, she clearly waited till my card went through to even acknowledge me I had to even ask her what the total was because it was never presented to me. I requested a lion cut and his legs were left unshaven, he now resembles the feline version of pretty woman sports furry hooker boots. Once my payment went through the woman then picked my pet off the floor in his carrier, animals are significantly effected by other scents and smells from foreign animals. You never place a pet taxi on the floor and it was covered in dog hair, I don't even own a dog; why would I want dog hair all over my per carrier or my car seats. I asked the woman for wipes to clean off the dog hair and she brought me a single dry paper towel. News flash lady dry paper towels don't wipe off much of anything, it's not the money it's the end result. I will be going to another groomer, these people aren't the brightest and I can see why employees have left and clearly some of the other reviews I read make perfect sense. For 80$ + you would think they could install a bell or buzzer to alert them when the door opens rather than have child labor. Weak Sauce. read more

This is our first and last time taking our pups here. I took in two of my dogs one small Maltese that needed a trim teddy bear face no big deal. The other had just had a cut just two weeks prior, I explained this to the gentleman in the front. She needed an even out and a trim of the tail, keep her face feminine like, tail and ears long. I had been in the day before but was not able to be accommodated so I made an appointment for the morning, which we returned for. On both occasions I specifically asked him four times if he could paint my pups nails since she was just there for a priming. When I picked up my puppies not only did my pup have short ears and have a terrier cut but I was charged $85!!! As soon as we walked out into the parking lot my dog shook her head and the bows fell off I checked her paws and lo and behold no painted nails!!! Never again!! We tried somewhere new because we thought our other groomer was getting too expensive but we've learned our lesson! read more

Vanessa is my favorite groomer. She just now opened her own grooming/boarding place. She does such a great job with my little Shih-tzu. She is pretty old and very anxious. Vanessa is great with her, very gentle and caring. My little one always comes back looking and smelling pretty! They had such great reviews, but we were left disappointed. I gave instruction on how I would like our Goldendoodle cut, he seemed to understand. He took 3 hours, which is fine, on quick inspection she looked good until we brought her home and noticed more and more things wrong. First she didn't smell good, second she is golden/white color and has stains; she still had her stains. Third her ears were not cleaned and fourth her nails were not cut. We paid $70 just for a cut!!?? She is uneven on her legs and her mouth area, which I was specific on the mouth area. I will not be going back. read more

I finally found a dog groomer that cares about my dogs as much as I do. My two shih-tzu's are very nervous and will move a lot and I never found a place that returned them to me without cuts. After taking my dogs to a groomer on lee Trevino and once they left a huge gash under my dogs arm, I was determined to find someone that had great reviews. I decided on this one and the staff was attentive to my wants and was very nice. Usually after a visit to the groomers my dogs are shaking and in an extreme state of anxiety but after leaving this place my dogs didn't even want to leave.
