She said she wanted to ensure that I was matched with a staff member who would best fit my preferences to ensure I had a good experience. As soon as I was out in a room and ready for the massage, the staff made sure I was comfortable and asked if I had any areas I wanted them to focus on, to which I answered my lower back.
