I booked an appointment with this company and scheduled for 12/2/24. They made me give them a…read moredeposit of $160. They said they don't give a specific time and I understood that. I texted to check on arrival time late morning that day and was told, "sorry I was on vacation, my mistake, is Wednesday ok?" The problem is that I was having a visitor from out of the country and that's the day they were arriving so not only would it have been to late for what I needed, but I had to go to the airport anyway. When I said I couldn't do that day, they offered Tuesday. I couldn't do that day either and asked for a refund. I was told, "we don't do refunds," and all of a sudden they had time available that Monday afternoon. I had already gone in to work though because earlier they said they couldn't make it. So not only did I pay a deposit, but I also stayed home from work. I asked for an exception to the refund policy given the circumstances and they agreed. I thought that was great, but long story short, I still haven't received that money back and it's been a month and a half. They've also stopped responding to my texts after promising multiple times that the refund would be "in a few days."

Everyone kept telling me they couldn't even look at it for 2 weeks and that it would most likely be costly from what I was describing. I had just about thrown in the towel when I asked and got a tip from a girl that lives in the area and works at Jo Jo's (a great local store). She spoke highly of them because her dad gets all his service there. I trailered my boat and drove it over to Lane's End. I was greeted by the service manager (think his name was Tim?) who was so much more professional than people at other marina's I had been dealing with. He looked things over quick and you could just tell that he really knew what he was talking about. He gave me some prices up front and told me how long he thought it would take. I had my boat back in the water in just 2 days (and that was only because they had to get a part for it). And they were 100% fair on cost. It is rare anymore that a business will find you in a desperate situation and not try to take advantage of you............Can't say enough about how great they were. I will recommend this place to everyone.

After having a walk-thru of the house, we scheduled the deep clean appointment as well as the turnovers for the entire summer. I confirmed the first appointment day and time TWICE with the owner, Sandra, and was assured the cleaners would arrive at 8:30 AM to do a deep clean before the 3 PM check-in. When the cleaners were not at the house by 9:30 AM, I started to worry. By 12:30 PM and after sending multiple emails and calling throughout the morning, we assumed they were blowing us of and cancelled our plans so we could do the cleaning ourselves. Two individuals from the company finally arrived... over 4 hours late. Since we were short on time, we had them join our cleaning efforts. They did a sub-par cleaning, absolutely not what I would consider a "deep clean" which is what we were charged for. The refrigerator was left untouched and we had to scramble to scrub the bathroom tub and other areas because they didn't have time to do more than a light cleaning. Even more disappointing, the owner never returned our calls to discuss the situation so they lost our business which is running at 2+ turnovers per week.
