We spoke about our current site, what our needs were (both present and future) and some design cues I thought were good for my industry (credit card processing). Chris had all the answers we were looking for and at a price that was hard to beat. He sent us over a list of completed clients and the sites looked great, it was then that we decided to move forward. With some ideas in mind for design, I picked the one that best suited our tastes and they began the build. It didn't take long to get a prototype to me and WOW!! was I happy to see what they'd put together. They built out the site and the cool thing is these folks are pros, I can be impatient (comes from being in the financial world) and Chris was more than honest and forthright with me regarding timelines etc. and I now understand it was all for a very good reason. With the finished website looking absolutely gorgeous (if you can say that about a website), he promised us the SEO would be far more robust and I can honestly tell those reading this that he was right. A week after the launch we added a page for a new launch and within 2 days of publishing to the web we were/are page one on Google, Bing AND Yahoo for what we needed for this product (Patron Dining App). As a CEO of a large company with a lot of stress and pressure coming from all directions I was nervous about a new site (to say the least) but I am impressed beyond my wildest dreams. This…read moreguy has a bad reputation I found out and i would avoid went to this company as i had a cracked screen on my Lenovo laptop. He quoted me $50 labor and $200.00 for the screen. He called me the next day to tell me the mother board was cooked, and that would be another $400 plus labor. Based on what he told me I decided to buy another laptop and have him do a data transfer. He informed me that would cost another $125.00 and if i wanted it done in less than a week that would be another $90.00. I felt this was way over the top and paid him the $50,00 bench charge and took my stuff. I went to another repair center in Biddeford Maine (Welch's) he told me there was nothing wrong with my mother board, and that with labor replacing the screen in total would be $166,00. Kennebunk Computer owner is a scam artist, a fraud and a thief. I would refer people to Peter Welch in Biddeford and stay clear of this character all together.
