You get a better deal, the more tapes you have converted. Nothing gets erased either. Every place I called were more expensive and they send out their jobs, I, in no way, wanted my tapes mailed out whatsoever. I worked with Charles at Sound and Vision - the nicest guy, very helpful and friendly. Actually, he set me up in a room, so I could go through my tapes first and see what was what and then I could label for the tapes, etc. My experience was top-notch service.
