I use a black light to find any stains on our oriental rugs. The patterns make them hard to see. I'd gone DIY on the stains in the past and just didn't have the energy to tackle it again From the first contact till Nick walked out our door, I was super impressed . He answered my call the same day, asked for details about the items, got me into the schedule quickly, called to confirm the day before, then again with an ETA on the actual day. He cleaned three oriental area rugs, and three sofas. I thought they were pretty clean to start--I was more concrete with hard to spot stains. One look at that black water in that tank and I was thanking my lucky stars for this guy. Now the whole house feels fresh and clean. Everything is brighter. On top of that, great pricing!
