I just recently got an Airbnb and my first time filing as a new property owner and Bnb, Kay first told me I needed to do a list of expenses which I did and then scheduled my second appointment with her. When I came to see her today after she told me how I did everything wrong I told her that's why I pay for the service and expertise she tells me she's not my bookkeeper. At that point I asked her to give me all my documents and called the office to see someone else in a different location. I wouldn't recommend her at all!!! However the lady in the front desk was so sweet and nice that she accommodated me for an appointment in a different location.
