They will do nothing more than charge you for a VERY expensive estimate of repairs that they will then submit to the insurance company for you. The insurance company pays no attention to what they have done. They claim they will negotiate on your behalf, but once the insurance company rejects their estimate, they just say "OK, our job is done" and demand payment from you. In fact, their contract makes ALL of your insurance money route through them until they collect their fee. Huge waste of your money and time.
