I understand mistakes happen but, he didn't make eye contact or apologize despite me bleeding. He continued on with my pedicure which I was willing to see through but the pain was too much. After telling him I was in pain he insisted I continued. He then opened and closed the trash can with the very gloves he had on and STILL proceeded to touch my feet again. That was the final straw for me. I then left very upset. I was received a discount and still paid $37.00 for an unfinished pedicure. The prices used to be a lot lower but they've increased, so now it's about the same as most salons. They have a lot of gems to choose from. One thing a lot of people don't like about the salon is there is a language barrier, so sometimes it's hard to communicate what you want to the employees. The staff is from Vietnam.

I went back for a fill-in and was charged 52 dollars even though I paid with cash...why? I am nowhere near sure. The fill-in felt super rushed, my nails were cut down without my permission, the filing job was uneven (square/ coffin) as well as a bulky acrylic look. I wanted to make them my permanent spot, but I don't know anyone who pays 50 dollars for a inefficient fill-in (white polish) and Initially paid 70 for the full set (clear with glitter) like my dumb self did.

This was the closest place to my house (5 min walk) so I decided to go here despite the negative reviews. They got the job done, but she definitely overcharged me. Nail removal is priced at $5, and a manicure at $12, so my total should have been $17. She charged me $20. I didn't really put up much of a fight, based on reviews - they are rude and I didn't want to deal with it for just $3 extra. It's not about the money, it's just about being overcharged that annoyed me. I really wanted to just get out of there, so I paid the $20 and left. Got a basic manicure, they could've been filed better, but because I was in a rush I'm ok with it. The inside is not that great, it seemed clean enough though, but like other reviewers have said, it lacked ambience. Also they use these mini fans to dry your nails as opposed to the nail dryers you usually see at other salons. Another thing I would suggest is to bring your own nail color - they were majorly lacking in the color selection. Most of them were off brand and looked like they haven't been used in years. I didn't want to pay for a crappy color, so I just picked the first China Glaze color I saw because I figured it would look better than all the other brands you'd probably find at a $1 store. Overall, it got the job done for my desperate needs, but due to lack of ambience, nail color selections, and being overcharged, I will not be returning.
