On one trip she spent considerable time in arranging and then booking a number of B&Bs and Farmstays that we had already selected on our own, as well as interesting hotels. She is always available while we are traveling to make itinerary changes, or book additional accommodations, events, or specially accommodations, as well as airline changes, train tickets, ferry reservations, and such. Our trip to discover my family in a small hamlet in Italy was magical. Mary was sensitive to our needs and chose an excellent driver who was prompt and courteous. We were not sure what to expect and when we got into this vintage 1600 town with just one commercial building; overwhelmed with the friendliness, and we ended up being there for almost 5 hours! When planning the trip, Mary listened to our needs and suggested 3-4 hotels at each place we stayed. She suggests hotels that cover a wide price range, so we are free to make the decision that suits our lifestyle and budget. Mary organized various transportation methods, including a train transport to Naples. Mary is someone I trust for suggestions to make our trips meaningful and stress free.

Depending on where you want to go, somebody in the office knows what you should do and how to maximize your time. They have been able to tailor each of my trips based off of what I want to do and how much I want to spend; utilizing useful travel best practices that I was usually unaware of. During the planning phase, the EHT team is very responsive and are incredibly capable whether I just need flights booked or need an entire itinerary for the trip. I am finally writing a review because I would have been hosed on my most recent trip to Norway without Brynn's help. An error made by the hotel I was booked at resulted in my room being given away. I arrived at 12:30 am local time and was unable to get into the building. Despite the late hour, Brynn was able to get a representative from the hotel to let us in and upgrade our room for the troubles. The whole issue was resolved in less than an hour. Long story short, if you need capable travel agents to plan your trip, book your accommodations and/or fight to resolve any issues that arise, I cant recommend Elizabeth Holmes Travel enough.

Sean at the front desk was so hospitable. Very professional and so helpful! Clean rooms. There's a restaurant and miniature golf attached to the hotel. Restaurant sells burgers/wings & beer. The best part…read moreof the hotel is definitely the lobby.. it's really nice and has a restaurant off to the side. You can order food from there and have it delivered to your room, which is convenient. On the downside while the lobby looks great the rooms don't match that same updated feel. They're not very flashy or new-looking. The hotel feels like it's been remodeled but somehow still comes off a bit worn and slightly uncomfortable. Another major drawback is the location. It's right next to a very busy street/freeway and the surrounding neighborhood apparently is not a great neighborhood either (found this out after the fact). We heard a lot of emergency vehicles late at night, along with loud cars speeding by so much so that the hotel even provides earplugs. The walls are also extremely thin and we could clearly hear kids and people talking right outside our door, which was frustrating. Overall, it's a decent hotel but I probably wouldn't stay here again. I wouldn't fully recommend it but I also wouldn't completely rule it out. If you're in a pinch and need a place to stay, it could work.

Robert made all the arrangements, flights, connections, ground transportation, hotel. He shared the interesting must sees for excursions, but decided to wait until there to book any. It was a group of us of seven women for a 50th birthday party to say we had minor issues is putting it mildly. It started with originally booking our seats weren't confirmed through aeromexico. We had several emails back-and-forth. Never got any resolve on our connection out of LA back to Seattle . The agent at delta when we checked in for flight home told us whoever booked this did it wrong and we were not confirmed . Check in at hotel we had issues he had us all in single rooms king beds not doubles as we requested the manager at the hotel said whoever booked it did it incorrectly!! When they got to our destination, our transfers for some of our team were missing they weren't done even though we when we booked it we told them we need a transfer to and from two of our girls had to pay out of pocket to get transfers back-and-forth. Every time I emailed him to ask questions and advise of issues I was always met with I've been doing this for 40 years. It was never his fault somehow it always made it seem like it was our fault. I have traveled for multiple years. This is the third time I've used a travel agent, and I will never ever again use a travel agent , easier to just book on your own and confirm everything yourself!!!!!! If you choose to book with this agent USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
