Manager Danny evaluated our car and noted the scratches were minor, but would be expensive to repair and, just using his fist on the plastic part of the bumper, completely fixed the asymmetry around the headlight - after that, even a with a close look at the front end, the damage was virtually invisible. He also carefully inspected under the hood and front end with a flashlight and said he could not see any evidence of structural damage - bottom line: due to the damage to the other car, we were expecting and ready for a big bill to fix ours - Danny not only fixed the most visible result of the accident for no charge, he talked us out of doing more repairs and saved us a bundle. That is integrity! If we ever have another need (hopefully not), this will be our "go to" shop and we'll ask for Danny!

I got all that at Oakley with Scott running point on the project, helping select vendors and run all the vendor management AND responding to me anytime while I'm like a five year old on Christmas Eve. Scott just made the whole thing as easy as it could be. Riley and Keith in the shop were amazing too. When the awning we ordered didn't fit perfectly to the roof rack we ended up going with? They built a custom mount that looks better than the original (and there are a dozen examples like that). Possibly the second best part after getting the sickest off-road zombie killer of all time? The billing process was clear and fair. Had an issue with two of the vendors (out of 12+) and Scott handled it on my behalf making sure I paid only what I should. Like I said, don't write reviews often but this process with Oakley was a PLEASANT surprise at every turn.... The silver metallic paint on my 2016 Mustang is not easily matched. They did a superb job painting all panels (both fenders,new bumper and hood) The shine and sheen are correct. 2. The wheel was refreshed by a guy they had come in, and he got it wrong both times. Johnathan was so good in getting a brand new wheel quickly. 3. I was dealing with a third part who was paying out of pocket to repair my car and the Valet team did an amazing job on dealing with the paperwork! 4. They did a super job detailing the vehicle before I got it back. The not so good. 1.The headlights were both replaced and they failed to adjust them. When I drove home they were pointing in completely different directions and not even close to correctly. 2. The bumper assembly was replaced and they didn't detail before painting. There are literally tabs and rough mold markings on the ends that should have been ground before painting. Small detail to some people but noticed by me. 3. Overspray on the windshield and gasket...should have been caught while detailing Overall as I said a 4.5. If heaven forbid I ever need another body shop, Valet will be my choice!

Recently my 2022 Mac-E got a tiny scratch at a public parking lot and I wanted to fix it up. After calling many auto body shops, I finally found them who agreed to take a look and give me an estimate. When I went to the shop around 3 pm, they were a little busy (2 customers in front of me, one more after me, and only one person at the front to help us all). Seemed like they might have been short-staffed because had to wait a good couple of minutes. But when it came my turn, I was pleased and surprised to see that the staff didn't rush with me. He listened to me patiently and observed the vehicle thoroughly. And then gave me his honest opinion about how much the touch up might cost and explained to me why they might not be the correct place for this type of work. He gave me another name and most likely I'll be doing the job over there now. I really appreciated his time, effort, friendly attitude and honest opinion. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

I was supposed to get it back on or about July 17th. When I called Maaco at that time I was told that my cars paint job had been rejected by their quality control guy and they wanted two more weeks to redo it. When I went to pick it up it looked pretty good but there was a ding in the left door .Ok bring it in Monday and we will have it back to you on Friday. Not Ready Friday Pick it up Monday. So in the end 5 weeks and I did some disassembly. Lenses, mirrors, stuff that would have been masked with tape. Okay now its done. It IS a good paint job. Maaco never contacted me . It was only me calling them.
