I have more photos of my feet than photos of my husband and I alone, both looking at the camera. They had to photoshop a photo of my husband and I into existence and what I received was so bad, it was not print quality per an independent third party printer. ETA: other important / basic shots were missed including ones from the shot list, things like the back of the bride in her wedding dress, veil shots. When our photographer came, she did not seem happy to be there and it is shown in our photos. They also completely botched our first look - they had it in a place that was extremely public after I said I didn't want that and they were running behind. The photographer who was supposed to be capturing my husband's reaction (told me when to go) completely missed it. Thank God for my videographer because their screen captures were the only decent thing that I have from my wedding in terms of stills. I had a nightmare of an experience, including being delivered low quality, blurry, and out of focus photos that was not made right by the owners. In fact, I was treated so badly that another person who regularly hires professional photographers was shocked and horrified when she had tried to have a conversation with them on my behalf. The worst part is they tried to sell these photos taken from a million miles back and blurry, low quality, and washed out photos, and tried to tell me they were 'fine' and they were doing a new editing style... one that I was not informed of after signing my contract, but also that just wasn't true. Additionally, their contract states that they crop the photos for distractions. Mine were not despite pointing out many many many photos with this problem. There was no care as to the editing process. They were highly unprofessional and tried to ghost me for weeks rather than just addressing the issue. There were so many unreturned emails and questions unanswered. If they would've said, here's how we can make this right and we're sorry, it would've made a huge difference. My other vendors who viewed the product I was delivered said that this was subpar, unacceptable, and unusable. It was a nightmare working with them and they are highly unprofessional. As an aside, they don't retouch their photos without a fee, just color edit. There are better deals elsewhere where you will get actually retouched photos. This comment where they offer to help is totally disingenuous. I asked for help multiple times as it happened. I asked for help and I was ignored and in fact, treated terribly and was told that "I just didn't know what I was looking at and I must be overwhelmed" only to be told by the owner himself he never even looked at the photos. Yes 2 years later I'm upset, because they ruined a once in a lifetime event and this comment just reflects that to them it's been 2 years now, but the fact that it's your once in a lifetime event was of no consequence. Also the throes of wedding season was also dishonest... it was fall 2020.. everything was closed. there were no weddings. Avoid.

They were impeccable when it came to ensuring everything was well-prepared for the wedding, they were extremely flexible when we had to continuously reschedule due to the pandemic, and they were all just generally pleasant in all our interactions. Lidia truly went above and beyond on our wedding day - she knows exactly how to keep everyone enjoying the day while managing to take the most exquisite photos. He changed our photographer, then asked for our final payment 2 months before the wedding (to pay for the switched photographer), then Ken did our wedding himself. He took over twenty pics of our slide show, yes pics of pics. I took the end result to 2 other photographers, one offered to retake my husband and I together and the other said he should learn how to use his camera. Thank God my guest took and shared pics! You be better off having a relative who does it for a hobby, they would most definitely do a better job.

He made rude comments to the family during the family pictures, he was yanking around grandma trying to get her in a good spot for the picture, he made sexual comments to the bridal party, and he complained the whole time how cold it was!! didn't even try to get us in a positive mood despite the weather he was more worried about being cold. The pictures are not too great, he got more pictures of the guests at the dinner then at the ceremony. And I looked pissed and rushed in every picture. Definitely put a lot of money and research in the photographer.
