They have always been extremely responsive even when I let them know there is no hurry. They keep up on the technologies available. I can not think of a reason to not use them for your hosting. The only reason I ever did not use them for hosting is when an existing client insists on using another and that is a PITA for me I must say. I have been spoiled by OWH.
