We decided to return to Imprint, despite our last experience. Though we liked their beer, we didn't like their pizza offerings, at all! Imprint is a small batch brewery that specializes in IPAs and Schmoozies, and serves food for people to enjoy with their beer. The last time we were here, they switched to serving pizza and we didn't like their pizza. Since our strategy had been to have a bite and try their newest IPA, we decided to give them another chance. Their pizza is much better than before, while their IPAs continue to be fantastic. Both pizza and beer are essentially self-service. You go to the bar, order and pick up your beer there. Beers are top notch especially the IPAs. The mixed drinks are great as well; they are strong! The NY style pizza and pretzel were delicious. Steve and I aren't always a big fan of smoothie beers but on occasion they aren't too bad. The one we had here the Schmoojee Strawberry Mango Pineapple wasn't one of the ones we liked better on the occasional encounter that we have with these types of beer. It was a bit too sweet but splitting a pint size with someone else is perfect. Imprint makes a ton of different Schmoojee beer flavors. So the variety of the different flavors seem endless. I even saw on Untapped a Bubblegum Schmoojee beer. If I ever actually come across that flavor I may need to just try it. Perfect experience. Amazing beer. Helpful staff. Imprint lives up to the hype and then some. Huge industrial setting that is big, open but still made comfy with lights, color and music. They know what they are doing with beer. The Schmoojees are stellar. The IPAs are hoppy. The stouts have real coffee. There's a ton to drink there and a lot you can buy to go. My last review for this place still stands. This brewery is like no other brewery and maintains this status even throughout the pandemic. Sometimes I question what this place really is. Is it a brewery or an alcoholic dessert smoothie bar disguised as a brewery? Regardless, it's one of my favorite local places to go. We got the mangorex, a mango pineapple passionfruit schmoojee, and a chocolate strawberry hard coffee. WARNING: SCHMOOJEES ARE EXTREMELY FILLING. - The mangorex was basically a mango smoothie. It was absolutely delicious to the point I'm not sure there was even alcohol in it. - The mango pineapple passionfruit was a bit tarty and fizzy, but still quite good. - The chocolate strawberry coffee was a bit too thick for my liking; basically a chocolate strawberry milkshake. We are staying at a hotel close by for a softball tournament. A few of the parents like to check out local craft beer breweries while out and about. We noticed this place wasn't far from where we were staying. We arrived early and the food area wasn't open yet. If I remember correctly food is around 5 although we were able to order from a local pizza shop that was recommended by the bartender. That worked out perfectly as we had started with flights of beer to give everything a taste. We did not find a beer that we did not like including the Smoojees, Nitros, and seltzers. We liked it so much it's on our places to return in the fall and spring. We bought 4pks to take home and enjoy. While there, we noticed a large amount of people taking cases to go. And now we know why! Definitely a stop if you enjoy craft beer! read more

Got a bad batch of Shcoops Blackberry Chocolate Chip Ice Cream and contacted them twice on their website, even looked up a phone number and left a voicemail, inquiring about the poor quality. No response to any contacts. Customer service apparently not a strong point. They are obviously indifferent to the customer. As much as I liked their product, I'm finished with them. Friendly Tasty Accommodating I've had two kinds of experiences here. First is simply as a brewery. The beer is highly acclaimed and popular for good reason. Plenty of style varieties are available most any day you visit, and while they do some of the standards very well, I'd argue their Schmoojee riff on fruited sours is the calling card here - as thick, fruity, varied, and enjoyable as many sours/Berliner Weisses that The Veil (Richmond) puts out along the same lines. Second was holding a private event. I worked with Ryan beforehand and Sid the day of to put on a fantasy football draft prior to their opening one Saturday, and everything was seamless. We had Wi-Fi, a dedicated bartender, all tap lines open, and generous accommodations. Pricing was highly reasonable and we were thoroughly happy when all was said and done. If you haven't thought of them for your event, maybe think again. Recommended on both counts! read more

Imprint has some of the most unique beers I've ever had! Their schmoojie line is to die for - we got a flight of 8 different shmoojies and ended up buying two 4-packs and the Christmas advent calendar. They are literally beer smoothies - so unique and tasty. The white chocolate raspberry schmoojie and the passionfruit strawberry and something else schmoojie were HITS. The dark chocolate one was also to die for! These are small batch so in a couple months or a year you might not see the same flavors around, but it's one of the fun parts of trying things here (and most convincing part of wanting to buy everything now). The Christmas advent calendar was super fun and exciting opening a new flavor each day. Lots of both hits and misses but overall a really fun experience! Will definitely come back in the next years to buy these again for the holiday season. One thing to keep in mind is they need to be kept in the fridge due to the lactose in the smoothie mix - I was told if they are left in the heat too long, they could explode! Two words: beer milkshakes. Sure, they're not really "milkshakes" and are closer to slushies but I totally appreciate the effort. They're also quite strong so don't expect a super sweet girl-drink experience. Aside from that I like the beers they specialize in. Lots of sours and lots of hazy IPAs. They specifically don't boil the wort for their IPAs so they have a very unique after taste. Their dark beers are also very heavy and high ABV if you're looking for something packed with a punch. I suggest the 'Turnpike of Deceit' which is a blonde stout. They offer a large selection of pre-filled crowlers that run about $15 a can. This brewery is a hit every time we go. The staff is ridiculously friendly and helpful with choices. They have a great range of in-house options depending on your current beer preference from IPAs to Heavily Fruited Sours and much more. They have a massive to-go option list that will cater to even the pickest of drinkers. They recently opened their kitchen (Cantina Rabo), which is absolutely phenomenal. I don't ever expect much from brewery food but everything I had was knocked out the park. My personal favorite is anything that includes the brisket and the pretzels with beer cheese sauce. The place is tucked away in a sleepy neighborhood within an industrial park. They've expanded the space and is a great place to be any day they're open. I've personally met some great people who both work there and just come in for drinks. They somehow continue to improve and blows my mind anytime I walk in. Some of the best beer you will taste in the PA area! While their beer masters dabble in all styles of beer, their shining stars are: sours, stouts, IPAs and spiked coffee. Rich, bold, full body, and delicious are the words to perfectly describe the brews. Imprint's taproom is roomy and clean, allows doggos, usually provides food trucks for munching, and the BEST staff around. Their team is friendly and makes you feel at home during your visit. I am an avid drinker of imprint beer and purchase their beer sometimes weekly from Landis. I took my entire family which includes all of my adult children and granddaughter to the brewery yesterday for my eldest daughter's 26th birthday. We were shocked to find that we were not welcome as there was absolutely no tables or seating for us as the entire brewery was engulfed in a cornhole tournament. The staff as not friendly. I have been to all the local breweries in the area and know most of the owners of them personally including Saucony Creek, Victory, VonC, New Trail, Fegleys, Other Half, etc. These other breweries always have seating for everyone. We thankfully ended up at another local brewery in Lansdale "Well Crafted" and had some excellent beer, good food and very friendly staff. read more

Was very excited to come here, the hype has spread all the way to north NJ! There tap list was a nice refreshing change, it wasn't filled with IPAs. They didn't have many choices of lower abv beers ,so it was difficult for me to try a lot (I was driving) but from what I did try I enjoyed. Most of the beer was a bit too sweet for me, but they had a lot of creative different brews. The lines took too long to get beer, they need to find a better system especially for flights. Instead of waiting to fill out cards when you are at the counter, there should be a rayp list up when you enter so you can be ready to order at the register. read more

Knowing the Hatfield/Lansdale area, I was EXTREMLY surprised to find a top notch brewery pop up in the area. I visited last week and was very pleasantly surprised with the offerings at Imprint. I really liked how they are trying to do some different things (Not just IPAs, which is understandably all the rage these days). They have IPAs, but also had a hard coffee, several sour beers (including the SCHMOOJEEs), and others which was awesome. If you do go here, for the love of god try the Schmoojee beers, they are out of this world! I had Mango Colada beer that was just plain awesome and got a 4 pack to go. It tastes like a sour smoothie and its just so darn drinkable (even though it is 6.5% ABV) If you are looking for something different and some darn good beer, try it out. This place is a treasure trove of amazing beers. The variety is remarkable. Tucked away in, admittedly a weird part of town (in an industrial park), once you find it, it's a great atmosphere. Food was also great, for such a little kitchen it was delicious. There are no taps, so everything is a pour from bottle or can, doesn't matter though, everything tasted fresh. My only suggestion, allow mix and matching of the beers. There were so many different kinds to try that it would be way to expensive to get a 4-pack of each I wanted to try. Imprint is a great brewery if you like IPA's, stouts, and sours. They don't often make other styles, but the ones they have are great. The IPA's all appear to be "New England" IPA's. They are hazy and usually brewed with oats, wheat, and lactose. For the Summer, they made a cream ale, a few pilsners, and a lager. All of them were good. They have "frozen beer milkshakes," kind of like a Frappucino made with beer for the Summer. I've been to like five can releases. Especially for the "Swirls" (milkshake IPA), the lines get really long, but the staff handles this very well. The line usually diminishes quickly because people get the cans to go and then leave. Don't be afraid if you want draft beer but the line is around the parking lot. Although, if you want both 16oz cans and draft beer, it's usually a safe bet to show up an hour after they open if you don't want to wait in a huge line. Most of the cans last until later in the day, so you usually don't have to show up at 10 am and wait in line for hours. The staff is always great. They're very personable when you're ordering, and it makes it a better experience. For their anniversary Key Lime Pie Swirl IPA release, one of the owners handed out soft pretzels to the people waiting in line. read more

We stopped at Imprint this past weekend to give their brews a shot - it was PACKED!! Their brewery is fairly small, but we found a spot standing along the wall. They had a selection of about a dozen beers, including three launched-that-day Collaborations. The menu was currently stout heavy - I'm not sure if that's a reflection on the season or their tastes in beers. We did enjoy their Hazy IPA and took home a crowler for additional enjoyment purposes. I'm interested to see how their selection evolves. Everything we tried, while not our standard tastes, was unique and good (i.e. I don't drink sours, but I enjoyed tasting theirs). I highly recommend stopping in for a few 5 ouncers! Food - the have food trucks come in on rotation, so there's always something to try (not sure if you can BYOF?). The only kicker is really the space issue - I'm glad we had already eaten because it would have been impossible to do it at the little standing bar we were at. No frills, but amazing beers! This brewery is in a converted garage, there are about 4 high top tables when you first walk in, but when we went on a Friday is was packed and hard to get a seat! I tried 2 sours and 1 IPA and they were all really good. There is no food at this brewery but when we went they had a small table with people serving quesadillas, tacos, and things like that. As someone who frequents some of the better breweries in the area (Tired Hands, etc) I am soooo excited to have a new brewery with beers that live up to that quality! read more
