    [Review on their recent Warehouse Sale] As I've been planning out my new dream house, an Impressions Vanity SlayStation has always been a part of that vision. It was completely out of budget, until I saw an ad on social media to come by their Warehouse Sale. The prices were out of this world amazing, the experience was organized and stress free, and the staff were kind, patient, and so helpful (both in the warehouse working the sale and in the regular storefront). Five star experience all around. The Warehouse Sale definitely brought a crowd in. We ended up arriving two hours early and there were many people in front of us already waiting. The Tustin staff did an outstanding job of keeping everything organized and safe. They were prompt with starting the event on time and kept the line moving along efficiently. Staff inside the warehouse were extremely helpful with claiming, purchasing, and lifting/loading items. It was apparent the logistics of the event were planned out thoroughly as the flow of the experience was seamless. People even came to the cars to help load heavier items into vehicles. Prices were also crazy steals! Picked up all the essentials for the new house (including the dream SlayStation and a Hello Kitty wall mirror) and several Christmas gifts for a bargain. I want to give a specific shout-out to Jade at the registers who went above and beyond in the customer service experience. She was the icing on the cake to an amazing morning. Looking forward to shopping in store again soon (sale or not) as Impressions Vanity continues to grow. Thanks Tustin team for a great, first in person trip to Impressions Vanity.

    I REALLY wanted to like Impressions... I REALLY didn't want to become one of the many frustrated customers hopping onto various review sites spitting pure vitriol about the many issues they had dealing with this company. And while I will have to raise my hand and count myself among the many frustrated customers, I did want to write an honest review with "receipts" and not so much anger so anyone seriously considering ordering one of these vanities can be warned. I placed an order on November 20th, 2023 for a SlayStation vanity, small LED mirror, and SlayCase. I heard nothing from them regarding my order into December (12/05/2023) an became concerned as their website does indicate 5 - 7 business days processing for large orders and I had expected either an update or a shipping notification by that time. So I emailed customer service that same day to see if they could tell me what was going on. Especially since I was leaving the country for Christmas starting 12/20 and I wanted to be sure i'd be here for the order. I was ignored for two days, and than finally received this unhelpful reply from Samantha Solano, :"Hello, Thank you for contacting our customer support team here at Impressions Vanity. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you regarding order IVOUS We know you are so excited to receive your items and we appreciate your patience. We can assure you that your order will ship out as soon as soon as possible! Once your order is shipped we will email the tracking number to the email address listed on your order.IVOUS-570654-XXXX". This of course told me nothing, and I asked her about it again, pressing for more details... she never replied. Luckily a label was made on 12/9, however FedEx did not start moving the package until 12/11 stating "barcode label unreadable and replaced" for every parcel in my order. *sigh* Fast forward now to 12/13, I have most of my order excluding the small mirror which I still have no idea when to expect it. As for the vanity itself, the instructions make Ikea instructions look crystal clear. There are misspelling galore (holes is now "hloes"), and sentences that make no sense ("the plastic pivot towards to the backside of the cabinet before the fixing the screws"), and diagrams that seemingly contradict themselves. It is literally a migraine and a half's worth of frustration just trying to assemble the drawers. I have seen clearer instructions attached to Walmart furniture if I am being honest. As for the quality, it's on par with Walmart in my opinion. It will hold together, but it isn't the sturdiest thing you're ever going to see. Overall, is the vanity the WORST thing I have ever bought? No. Do I think it's worth the price? Not really. Especially when you factor in the shipping frustrations. I am glad I ordered my large wall mirror from Amazon and not Impressions as I am sure I'd still be waiting for it and frankly Amazon was a lot cheaper.

    I was sent a broken mirror with broken glass in the box, a missing light bulb, and a hole in the back of the mirror. The packaging it came in was pretty destroyed, so it's no shocker why the mirror is messed up. Upon calling MULTIPLE times, I get put on hold, and hung up on. I was also told in order to get a new mirror, I would have to pay to ship it back to them. Why would I pay to have a broken mirror that I paid 600$ to have it sent back? I thinks not. A month passes, and now the electrical wiring does not work at all. My husband, who has years in electrical experience and has completely required our home lighting- claims that the lighting wiring was faulty to begin with. Cheaply made, horrible customer experience, and a complete lack of care and responsibility on their end. I have been dealing with trying to get a refund or partial refund for almost a year now. I have submitted a claim to the BBB, and I will now be working to dispute it with my bank. I have also informed my social media followers about the complete facade of what this brand tries to be. This is not "luxury". This is a conglomeration of insta-celebrities being paid to sponsor a product that is not worth even a fourth of what I received. My main purpose in writing this review is to receive a partial or full refund, and to notify other consumers that this brand/product/company? NOT IT. Seek a local vanity company. Impressions is not the company you want to do business with, especially if you are a social media influencer/content creator.

    I was so excited to get my Hello Kitty mirror. We drove an hour there and back. My boyfriend set it up for me using special heavy duty mounted screws. It was super cute mounted on the wall. Two days later, it fell off the wall mounts and broke everything on my dresser. It turns out, the wall mounts were only held on to the back of the mirror with double sided tape. I called and they told me they had a "bad batch" and I could come get a new one. We drove there again (We always drove there bc shipping is $25 not including insurance for the mirror possibly breaking in transit) and picked up the new mirror that was part of the "new batch". It fell the same way within the first couple days of having it. This time the mirror was held on to the mounts with a putty thing that peeled right off after the mirror fell. Why are they advertising it as wall mounted when it clearly can't be wall mounted?

    Their showroom is amazing! Had the best time visiting their location and shopping here. Wonderful service and so helpful. We happened to be shopping just after Black Friday this last November. Definitely worth shopping here during their sale. I know they have several furniture stores they work with, but if you can visit their showroom directly, I highly recommend it. I am still awaiting their acrylic organizing pieces to be restocked, but their inspiration and ideas were plentiful.

Ever stuffed with trash I'm love with my vanity thank you impressions vanity I can't wait to go to Home Depot and buy whatever panel is broke in order to build this beauty! guys if you want to waste few thousand dollars go ahead and buy from impressions it's the best way to waste money cause they don't give a $hit about customers

    I live in IL. I want to say it took about a week to 2 weeks. When I got mine majority of my bulbs didn’t work. Called & they sent more but a good amount of those were also bad. You’re better off going to Home Depot etc for bulbs

    Yes, they did ask for my Id when I picked up my mirror. You will need that person present when you pick up. Try calling them and see if they can make an exception.

I didn't get any greeting from any of the staff though, but heard greetings for customers who came in after me. Maybe it was a one-off or it was off, but is a partial reason for just a 4-star. Greetings should be equal for everyone that walks in. Kirkland's is in a large shopping center and parking is aplenty. Worth to stop in if you want to be taken away by furnishings that you'll probably just adore from afar, unless you have a huge house, or mansion, for their many larger furnishings and decor.

TLDR: I give Kaiyo my absolute highest…read morerecommendation as a reliable and convenient source for amazing antique/vintage furniture at tremendous discount prices--their selection of items all the way from the most affordable low-end to the very highest of the designer high-end is unparalleled, and the online shopping and in-person pickup experiences are flawless. If you want to get something unusual for your home, particularly something mid-century, this is the place! Being able to browse thousands of items online at home saves you tons of time trying to comb through in-person estate sales or antique markets where you'll never know if there is something suitable or not! DETAILS: I love antique furniture--almost everything in my home is vintage or antique. I like feeling that each item has a story to tell, and that it took me time and effort to accumulate what I have, versus getting generic, essentially disposable/self-assembled furniture at a big-box retailer all at once--but that said, I don't have the budget for $$$$ items, either, so I have to rely on getting a deal, which also makes it fun. So, I browse estate sales and flea markets in person whenever I can. When I first moved to Long Beach during the pandemic, however, Kaiyo actually sent me a postcard with a welcome 10% coupon in the mail--I had never heard of it before, and when I went online to browse their items, I couldn't believe how wide their selection was. They had *really* used sofas of the 80s Lazyboy type all the way to Herman Miller-type items in perfect condition, so there is something for everyone! The warehouse is located in Chino, so delivery charges were also very reasonable considering the size and weight of some of the items. I regularly browsed the website for fun. Finally, we were redoing our living room, and I needed a lounge chair that matched the height of my current Plycraft (vintage Eames copy) chair, plus a coffee table to go between them. This was literally a tall order as these chairs are nearly 40" in height at the back. Thankfully, Kaiyo has an amazing search engine where you can sort by any dimension and price! Thus, I found and purchased what I hoped would be THE perfect vintage chair and coffee table from Kaiyo on May 19, 2023 and since I am local, I went ahead and scheduled the furniture for pickup at the warehouse in Chino (when it was convenient for us, a couple weeks later on June 2--but they could have accommodated a sooner date) in order to save money on the delivery. I could not have possibly been more pleased with the purchase or pickup processes. I promptly received my purchase order receipt, then my warehouse pickup appointment receipt, and as the date approached, I received two additional helpful reminder emails so that I would not miss my appointment. When I arrived at the Chino warehouse, it was spotlessly clean in the parking lot and the warehouse itself. I was immediately greeted by a friendly gentleman, who directed me to back up my vehicle to the loading dock ramp. I asked if I could view the furniture first before it was loaded, and they gladly allowed me to do so. While I was waiting the few minutes to have my order looked up, I asked if we could stand inside the doorway as I had my dogs with me and it was so blazingly hot in June 2023, and he absolutely let us stand inside the shade. They quickly pulled up my order, and the two pieces of furniture were already ready in the front of the warehouse, so the appointment system works flawlessly. I had purchased a midcentury chair and table, and he even let us sit in the chair to make sure it was comfortable and appropriate for our needs. The quality and condition of the chair and table were even beyond my expectations--they looked stunning. The online dimensions matched the in-person dimensions perfectly, so the descriptions are accurate. I had gotten these rare and unusual items at a huge discount and I was ecstatic! A second gentleman came out of the back to help us load the two items into our two vehicles, and we even complimented them on the wonderful service and selection they provide. From the ensuing discussion, it seemed that the gentlemen truly believed in the mission of Kaiyo, which is to help rehome used furniture to help reduce landfill waste, which I am totally on board with. In fact, they even gifted us with two tiny little succulents (one for each purchase, see photo), which I think is just adorable. I've attached photos of the two items we bought (the coffee table and the black chair in the photo, not the tan Plycraft chair on the left, which we already had) so you can see the quality. Just FYI, I paid less than $800 for the two items together (not including tax and using a 10% coupon), and not only that, I am delighted that I am giving these one-of-a-kind items a new forever home where they will always be treasured. Thank you so much to Kaiyo for creating such a wonderful service!!!

    I needed a new dining table, chairs, and a recliner, so I looked at all the usual furniture stores…read moreonline and in person. Nothing I saw worked for me either because of style or price or both. I stumbled onto the kaiyo website from a targeted ad on my social media and after scrolling a bit, I started comparing their prices for pre-owned pieces to new ones from the same companies. The three items I purchased came in at about 50-90% off new retail prices! And they plant a tree for every purchase Delivery was set for 3 weeks from my purchase date and I chose white glove service to have them deliver to my desired room, assemble and remove all packaging. I was notified by email the week of delivery with contact information in case I needed to reschedule or add a designated person for the delivery inspection and signature. I also got a text the morning of delivery and the delivery men called me from the front door. All the pieces were wrapped very well and only one piece had some damage not shown in the photos. The gentlemen making the delivery were fabulous and the pieces meticulously cleaned. Highly recommend kaiyo and I'm eagerly awaiting buying my next piece of furniture from them!
