Stay far away. Overcharged me, and messed up my car. The worst of the worst. 1) Messed up my tints 2) Charged me $100 for LED dome lighting ($20 tops normally?) (And broke the plastic covering). 3) Didn't deal the headlight correctly, now gets water in it when I get it washed. I could go on.. The owner has so far been unresponsive in my attempts to remedy the situation. (just told me, "I don't have time for this now come back tomorrow". Please stay away from this place. I went to the store to explain my situation. I gave him the exact deck number & amp number. He said he had to see it, which is understandable. I came at 9 AM sharp. He told me there is a $35 assessment fee even though I told him the exact problem. I told him fine no problem and I asked him what time he would notify me what was wrong with my system. He said he'll call me at 9:30 to let me know. I called at 10:25 and the receptionist hung up on me. I then proceeded to go to the store at 12:30. I spoke with the owner and asked him what the assessment was, he then said I didn't give them a timeline. I said yes you did please give me back my keys. This has to be the worst automobile shop in the whole country. None of the workers speak English, their prices are sky high, and they also hang out drink and smoke in front of the area. I have lived in the area for almost 15 years and never had a problem with any of the other businesses. This is a very residential area borderline of Larchmont and New Rochelle so we shouldn't have such gross behavior in the area. SCAMMER! It's embarrassing to even have the option to select one start for this business. He overcharged for tints, and ripped my window rubber on both rear left and right windows. Promised 30 day refund if not satisfied and every time I go he refuses to refund me. Is a compulsive liar and has an excuse as to why he can't refund the money back. Javier says one thing over the phone but when you show up in person he switches the story up. Inadequacy is written all over this shop. I dropped my car off at 9AM for tints and was called at 4:30 that my car was barely finished. I have waited elsewhere (2hours Max) and received a more satisfying job than what this business provides. Bad customer service! Make sure what you are promised is written on paper. I called and got a quote from a girl for tints, upon arrival the owner comes out, sees my car and makes a stupid remark "ohhhh you drive a better car than me". Not sure what he meant by that but since I drive a better car than him the price went up from what the girl told me and I couldn't get my deposit back since they only give store credit. Also he told me if I bring the rest in CASH there will be NO TAX! Just because I was upset about the price change he said no he couldn't do that any longer! Alert!! This is bad review for Import sound Tuning! I never do review let alone a bad review but this just has to happen. I highly recommend not to go to this place as he will over charge and not do a good job! He sold me faulty tires that have bubbles on them and says there's nothing he can do. He over charged me for these set of rims and tires payed about $2,500. He did a sh*tty job on my muffler and resonator delete. Welding was garbage and the pipe he replaced it with rusted out so I had to pay more money for the job he did. All he did was cut my two mufflers and didn't replace it with anything so it was just two cut pipes and the resonator was replaced with a crappy steel that rusted out quick. Charged me $250 or more just to do that. Window tints have bubbles on them. Went to go see him today as he told me to. I was expecting him to do something for me but didn't do sh*t. Talking about thats how I wanted my exhaust!!! Who in there right mind would want an exhaust like that? Also wiring was pretty bad. Got my headlight rewired with my fog lights and didn't put a wiring harness so the wires are just hanging about. Only go here if you want sh*tty work done and you like to be over charged!!
