Over ten years of service on several of our cars with work well explained in advance , and reasonable prices. We have purchased two automobiles from Import Connection: the cars have been problem free and the purchasing process low-key and easy. read more

This place came highly recommended. I called and got in on the weekend for an oil change. This place is conveniently located in downtown Campbell so I was able to wait having breakfast and sipping coffee! BJ is warm and friendly and Farad got it done in a timely manner. Will definitely bring my car back for future services. Very happy this place is open on Saturdays too! read more

Have been going to Farhad since 2012. Wonderful service... Very knowledgeable and friendly. I can't say enough good about him. Very honest.

I'm very skeptical about going to independent mechanics - as I'm sure most people have negative experiences in this space. But luckily Farhad and Import Connections has been really great working on my (now former) Porche Macan, and with very reasonable prices. A few years ago I had brought my car in for service and, by accident, they had broken a sensor. It was just a day before thanksgiving, and Farhad didn't want me to not have my car so he ended up driving all the way to SF to get the part to deliver my car on time. Fantastic service. read more

Farhad was awesome. He went above and beyond. We bought a new used car and knew that it needed some work when we purchased it. Farhad did the work quickly and efficiently. He even took my car over for new tires and had that completed for me all in one trip to his shop. He did all that and at half the cost I was quoted by the dealership at the time we purchased the car. Now my S550 rides like new. read more

Yet another update. Six years after buying our Audi Q5 from Farhad, we are still completely satisfied with both that purchase and the maintenance since then. Recently Farhad replaced two door lock actuators (really the only repair needed in the six years) and clearly explained what was needed, completing the work quickly and with no drama. As usual, the repair was done correctly the first time. Recently we have started to consider a newer car: with the cancellation of our long driving trip this year those plans are on hold. We will definitely monitor what is available from Farhad while we wait. read more

Did not give us good service. The repairs were completely off. I needed more tuning for the car after what they did to it. Horrendous.

Farhad has helped us on numerous jobs with porsche and mbz in the Campbell area. All the high end vehicles we sell seem to need some sort of service that requirea knowledgeable person to diagnois or troubleshoot. Thank you for all the help in the past and especially that old mercedes sedan last week! read more

Not a great experience purchasing a car. Staff was generally unknowedgable about vehicles and try to upsell you on almost everything.

Farhad, Import Connection, has always been straight forward and honest with me and I expect with everyone else as well regarding what needs to be repaired and what may need to be repaired. The work done has always been exceptional and the estimates for the amount of time required for the work to be done has been spot on. When something else is discovered which requires repair or may require repair in the near future I am always called immediately upon its discovery. I have, I just realized, been going to Import Connection since 1998-2000 or for about 21-23 years! I have nothing but good things to say about Import Connection and even better things to say about the owner, Farhad. - Dan C. read more

I went to Farhad to fix the passenger door lock on my Porsche 997 - works great! Very reliable service, at a great cost!

I did not enjoy my experience shopping here. The car I purchased was having difficulty starting up but they refused a refund until I threatened legal action. Not a professional car store here at Import Connection. read more

I purchased a high end vehicle here and there happened to be a myriad of problems with the engine. The car was obviously not functional and I paid a good deal of money for it. Ended up having to argue with them for hours. They did not accept responsibility for selling me a faulty car. Do not buy from them, you will regret it. read more

Bought my Lexus from them a month ago. Car drives great. Farhad went above and beyond to make my experience very smooth. He even took me to the bank and back when I went to get the funds for it. Not only that, he is very honest from start to finish. Absolutely will do business with him again. Highly recommend!! read more

Took my Porsche Panamera to Import Connection a few times and they took care of my issues. They are reliable and upfront.

I had a car that needed repairs and I found one of Farhad's employees to fix it. Upon asking about the nature of the repairs, the employee was extremely condescending and insecure about his ability to do simple repairs on a car, and even yelled at me for no reason. I was very turned off by his attitude and asked to speak to his supervisor and he turned me away instead. I heard him mutter the "N" word behind my back when I walked out the door. Apparently being Black here does not help you get simple repairs on your car. Avoid this racist business if you can. read more

I'll keep it short and sweet: I bought a vehicle and sold a vehicle through Import Connection and it was the best automotive experience I've ever had. Farhad, is ethical, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and honest. I will look to Farhad and Import Connection for any future automotive needs. read more

I bought my new (new to me) Mini 2008 from Farhad & he was great. Even my husband comment on What a nice and helpful guy Farhad. The experience was very good for buying a car. I test drove a couple of cars a few months ago none of them perfect for us. But this month he pick up my Mini at BMW auction. He was professional and very help full. No wonder why people coming out of the shop have smiles on their faces. I should warn you that he deals with all kinds of cars. So don't be side tracked by the high end autos in his show room. The Minis sit next to the benz, porsche and ferrari Stay focused :) He is located in downtown Campbell. So if you are out walking around go take a peek and have a positive auto experience. Yes, I used the word positive and car buying in the same sentence. read more

Refused to fix car, said it wasn't "worth the expense". Customer service was rude and arrogant.

I bought my Mini Cooper convertible 2007 from the shop in July. I loved my experience with the shop and all the staff. Farhad and his brother (in law?) were really nice and took the time to answer all my questions. you can feel that they are honest, not trying hard to sell you something that wouldn't fit what you're looking for. Also, I've had minor concerns about the car and paperwork after the purchase; the follow up was great and everything got resolved in a very timely manner. I felt that I was very well taken care of, and that I could trust them. I'd recommend buying from this shop anyday, it's a pleasure to do business with them! read more

Great place to buy a car. Farhad's the owner and is very courteous and has a no pressure attitude. They have a good selection of Porsches and other high end vehicles. Each vehicle gets a thorough inspection and he fixes any imperfection before the sale. I went back and forth on numerous cars, test driving this and that, and finally settled on a vehicle that we eventually purchased. If you're interested in a previously owned vehicle, talk to Farhad first. You'll get a good idea on price ranges and quality of vehicles and can use this as a baseline comparison. read more

I've purchased two cars from Import Connection. It is pleasantly surprising how different the experience is versus buying at a dealership. Farhad is considerate, easy-going, and not at all high-pressure. I appreciate the straight-up way he does business and that he treats female car buyers with courtesy and respect. Both cars I purchased were in great shape and well-maintained. Farhad knew the history of each car and fixed little issues with each car before he sold them to me. Even after I purchased the cars, he helped with minor questions and concerns. With each purchase, while I was taking a few days to decide on the purchase, he never once called to try to convince me to buy the car like all the dealerships were doing. read more

I've taken my old Mercedes many times to Farhad. He is awesome. He does great work and talking to him about the cars he has for sale he seems like he only sells cars that wont give trouble to his customers in future. Honest man for sure. I recommend him highly. Just talking to him you will know how knowledgeable he is. read more

This review is many years overdue.....Took my S Class Mercedes to Farhad for years for maintenance/repairs. The care, concern and gesture of humanity Farhad offers to his clients is beyond compare in the automotive industry. I could always rely on Farhad and staff to perform tune ups, oil changes, repairs and keep my car running smooth, but what really keeps me referring him to my customers, friends and family is the unparalleled service he provides as in this example below. A window switch and door handle on the drivers door broke and I asked Farhad to call the dealership and order a new one. I came back 2 days later to discover Farhad researched, went to a Mercedes wrecking yard and found an exact match for 20% of the price the dealer would have charged for the part, and he installed it for about $50. In my travels, I've never found a more compassionate, honest, caring and intelligent auto dealer/repair shop. Over the years I've witnessed him conducting business in this way, not just for me, but for everyone time and time again. Farhad and staff are a local treasure, a family business who treats you as such and a fixture in Downtown Campbell that only adds to the charm and renaissance that is Downtown Campbell. You will be delighted, surprised and your faith in the auto industry will be restored after doing business with Farhad and company. ****This is a great place to buy a car, backed with the full faith and service Farhad offers his customers, you will not be disappointed. If you are looking for an honest full circle dealer, Import Connection is the place. Purchase, service, maintenance, this is a one stop no brainer**** read more

Only come here if you want to pay the advertised prices, which are significantly over-priced. We went in to buy a Mini and everyone was very nice until we started to talk about the price. They became loud and unreasonable within a matter of seconds. After haggling over $500 for a half an hour, we walked out. Amazing. They wouldn't budge on their outrageous margins. We stopped by Mini of Mountain of View on the way home and walked away with a brand new 2010 Mini Cooper S fully loaded for $2k more than they wanted for a 2008 with the same specs and 18k miles. Hilarious. I can really only thank Import Connections for convincing us not to buy a car from them. read more

I just bought a Porsche Boxster from Import Connection and I couldn't be happier. The owner is knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He specializes in luxury cars, Porsche for the most part, and really knows everything about those cars. Unlike other dealers, he prepares the cars before putting them up for sell, changes everything less then perfect (clutch, brakes, etc...) You drive away with a solid, reliable and IMMACULATE car! But the greatest of all is that he prices his cars at private party value or sometimes even less. I like having the security of buying from a professional without the feeling of being ripped of. Highly recommended shop! read more

First I have to thank all the great reviews that lead me here. My wife's Cooper needed major repairs. It's her baby and I wanted the right mechanic for the job. Farhad is that mechanic. An absolute gentleman and an ace mechanic. Did a superior job and took no short cuts. Unlike the work done at dealer on Stevens Creek. Picked the car up and immediately drove it over 400 miles at freeway speeds. And it ran flawlessly and continues to do so. I can not thank him enough for the outstanding job he did. His honesty and integrity is unlike any mechanic I ever worked with. Accidently over charged us by $66, on a multi thousand dollar job, and gave us a check for difference on the spot. I believe most others would have just glossed that over. Not Farhad. I have never found a mechanic or repair shop that impressed me enough to recommend to anyone. I can not recommend Farhad and his co-mechanic highly enough. An absolutely excellent place to take your, "baby"and trust that it will be done right. I couldn't be happier about our experience. Thank you Farhad! read more

I can't say enough about Farhad and his knowledge about Porsche Turbo's. Last July I took my 996tt to Farhad for a blown coolant fitting. Farhad quickly diagnosed the problem and knew exactly what was wrong. The blown coolant fitting required a drop of the motor and gave Farhad an opportunity to replace everything needed in a 14 year old Porsche plus pinning of all coolant fittings. His original estimate was very close to the final bill and I felt it was very fair. Since July I've had small issues with the car that Farhad has addressed with professional curtesy and knowledge (none were related to the prior work). If your a Porsche turbo owner you should seriously consider Import Connections. I should also note that I introduced a friend of mine to Farhad and he bought a 911 Targa in July. Lastly, I received zero compensation from Import Connections for this post. I just feel strongly that great customer service and technical skills deserve proper recognition. read more

Farhad runs a great shop. He is friendly, honest and is always very competitive on pricing. For instance, the Mini dealer had recommended a very expensive service (oil gasket was leaking, they said) and when I asked Farhad to go ahead & perform this service, he reported back that, actually, it was not necessary. The area was dirty, required cleaning but that there was no leak. Saved me over $1000! Not many car shops will override the customer's request to fix something - especially an expensive item like the one I mentioned above. read more

Let me start by giving props to Navid, Farsheed and Farhad aside from being true gentlemen they provide the best service anywhere. I talked to Navid in service regarding my bumper on my new Corvette that needed help on the clear coat. He said no problem and did he ever come through :) I wish I could post a picture to show you the fantastic work they provided. I went to the dealership and not even close in getting the level of quality service that I receive from Navid. I been coming here with 3 separate cars all high end and I always leave knowning that I got the best honest service at a great price. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a Porsche or Corvette since that has been my experience with them. Keep up the fantastic service. read more

I bought a 2010 E550 from these guys last night and it was one of the best retail experiences I've ever had. The car was $4K cheaper than any other advertised version of this car across the country (oh yes, I looked all across the USA). I called the brothers (owners) up, told them I wanted their car and what I was willing to pay, I told them I had a trade-in and what I wanted for it. They looked over my CarFax and said they could work with me. I got there, we both looked over each others cars and he said "Yep, this deal works for us." I took his E550 on a long test drive and when I floored it, we both giggled like kids because we were having a good time. I never thought I'd believe buying a used car could be fun but it was! These guys obviously love cars and they love what they do. They want your business but moreover, they want you to be happy with your purchase. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend purchasing from Import Connection. These guys will have my business for years to come. I'm simply delighted and I got the car of my dreams from wonderful people! read more

I took both my 2007 530i BMW and my daughter's 1998 BMW 318 convertible in to Navid for service. I was referred to Farhad by the upholstery business that fixed my daughter's convertible top. He advised me that Farhad would be fair, reasonably priced, and provide great service. Plus, Import Connection specialized in high-end vehicles like mine. First, I took my car in. It had been displaying 2 service icons for a month and a half (one for the traction control and the service engine soon light). I had taken it to my mechanic in RWC (not a BMW specialist) on 2 occasions. While they were able to diagnose the issue, they were unable to fully repair after having my vehicle on 2 separate occasions. They recommended that I take it to the dealer since they specialize in BMWs. I had an appointment at Mountain View BMW, but decided to bring it to Import Connection. Farhad was able to get me in on a date/time that worked for me. I dropped the car off at 8:30 am and by 12:30 pm, they had called to tell me my car was ready for pick-up. I was shocked! I was expecting them to have it for a full day. When I picked up the vehicle, they explained that the steering wheel control had to be replaced and that you had to ensure that it was properly aligned and reset the computer. Turns out, the first place had been right about the diagnosis, but just couldn't fixed it. I was so impressed with their high level of service, I took my daughter's car there later that evening when I noticed the brakes were squeaky badly. Navid took care of the car and diagnosed the car with needing a new clutch and brake line flushing. Plus, they had found that there was a leak near the transmission. They were great about keeping me informed every step of the way. I knew the car was going to need a complete diagnosis as the previous owner had it sitting in their garage for such a long time. I'm so happy I've found a place that can service our family's BMW. They're trustworthy, reasonably priced, and service-oriented. read more

Wow. 5 stars is not a shock. We just had an amazing experience here. Just incredible. Wow.

These guys are awesome. No b.s. I would say this was the best and easiest car buying experience I have had.

I love Farad, never have I ever had such an attentive mechanic Farad has helped me out numerous times and he makes himself always available in his shop or on the phone when I call him in a panic.
