Over the past 2 years, this is my go-to shop due to convenience, as it is very close to my…read moreworkplace. I've come here to do smog, oil changes, tire rotations, and other maintenance items. Based on small-talk with the mechanics, some of them work at multiple locations and they seem more like contractors? To be honest, I've had two slightly poor experiences, once with an employee who blew me off and another time when the work wasn't quite done properly. I'd dock half a star for that. However, each time the manager or owner, who I believe is named Glenn, was able to set me right. (Older gentleman with a beard). I feel like the price I pay for services is fair, and each time I come here the work has been done quickly and efficiently. Overall 4.5/5

They told me they inspect the entire car and that it would be 195$ for an inspection. I told them what the problem was, that there was a noise and vibration while driving over 30 mph and the guy explained it could be a number of things and that they would check the entirecar for problems. They called and told me that there was nothing wrong with the car but I needed new tires, and that the noise was coming from the tires. I decided I would go with another shop for cheaper tires. When I went to pick my car up I noticed it was in the exact same spot and position as when I dropped it off, it seemed strange but didn't think much of it. After getting new tires the noise was still there and now louder than before. I took it to another shop and within seconds of looking at it they told me both my struts are bad and a number of other things. I explained that I just had it inspected at My Mechanic, and the guy proceeded to tell me there was no possible way they looked at it and didn't notice anything. So I called My Mechanic back to ask them about it. I asked exactly what they do for an inspection and he said they inspect the entire car everytime, when I tried to explain that it did not seem as though they inspected it do to my struts being completely broken and that he did not inform me of that he hung up on me and blocked my number. This shop is connected to Mobile One in Rhonert Park the owners name is Glenn Meyer and I will absolutely never do any of his businesses, either shop ever again. I highly suggest you don't waste your time money and sanity either! Below is a photo of the struts that were ignored .

I started a new job in 2017 and was looking for a mechanic in the neighborhood and found these…read moreguys. They never recommend unnecessary repairs or services, in fact regularly recommending alternative options to expensive repairs, in addition they inspect my vehicle regardless of the service requested, they've discovered little issues and big (oil leak). After my last visit I received a call from the owner (Mark) at the end of the workday, he explained that he had overcharged me and needed to rectify the issue (mind you, this was Friday evening at 5:30) insisting that he reimburse me immediately, he did not want me to wait through the weekend (we are not talking a lot of money here). No matter how hard I argued that I would happily wait till Monday and stop by their shop, he was adamant...he dropped off the check within the hour.

At the time, I started work early in the morning and my wife needed to be at home with the children during the day. And they did not offer a shuttle service at this time, unsure if they do now. Showed up there before anybody else was there . And then I see a guy and a girl pull in and start opening the shop, so naturally, I walk inside the showroom a.k.a. lobby when the door is opened. Nobody made any effort to talk to me or ask me who I was.. I tried to spark up conversation with the guy who is tall and slender, but he was very grumpy and obviously not wanting to be at work, so he brushes me off to tell me he's trying to open up the shop and doesn't listen to me. Another customer comes in as well and they start talking with them no problem which put me off quite a bit, because we are on such a time crunch. Eventually standing there like an idiot, waiting for someone to except the keys to my car to perform the job that I had already scheduled and talked with them on the phone about getting treated like an inconvenience. I finally walked outside and told my wife let's just bail this place sucks. Because I keep getting mail coupons all the time which leads me to believe that's the only way they can get business , from new customers because reading the reviews. It sounds like it's hard for them to keep old ones lol
