Last week I realized I needed two tires l, so the first place I thought of was Nashville Warehouse, of course! So I called on a Wednesday, gave the specifications of the tires I needed, and announced my intentions to bring my car in Saturday morning. He said that was fine. I took a half day off work and brought my car in at 7:30 AM Saturday morning as promised. The kind person at the counter said they may not have the tires I need and the warehouse is closed on Saturdays. I said "Oh, don't worry, the tires are here. I called ahead and ordered them." Nope, tires weren't there, and I lost $150 in salary because I took time off. So I decided to give them one more chance, because I love this place. I called today and this time, the man told me the warehouse is closed Saturday so he'll need to order the tires for me. Now we're getting somewhere. So he put me on hold............30 minutes later, still on hold, I gave up. During my next break at work, I called again. A nice lady answered and took down the specifications of the tires I needed. Third time is a charm. Oh wait... the business closes in 10 minutes so instead of shutting down their computers at 5:00 PM when they close, they shut them down at about 4:50. Call back tomorrow. Arrrrrggghhhh!!! My tires are practically bald and I'll have an accident by the time my favorite tire place gets these tires for me!!! I'm going to lose my mind!

The business moved to 606 Fesslers Lane but have the same number. When I arrived the owner shook mine and my wife's hand. After inspecting the truck, I was given a price (which I thought was fair) and was told the work would be completed that day. After only about 2 hours, they were done with the service and I was back on the road ready to take in Broadway street. Everyone at the shop was polite and helpful-they even took us into the bay to physcially show us the problem. I'm glad I was able to find this shop. Although I hope to not have to use them again, I know where to take my vehicle if there's a problem the next time I'm in Nashville.

I don't usually mention another business in a review, but in this case, 1) they earned the criticism with the extremely poor service they provided, and 2) Continental Motorwerks deserves recognition for doing things the right way. The difference was night and day. They absolutely deserve five stars. Their pricing is fair, but what really sets them apart is their integrity, clear communication, and efficiency. I brought in my car for an ABS warning issue, and Bekim and Daniel diagnosed it the same morning, explained everything clearly, and had the repair completed within two hours. Have a mint condition 2016 4 door Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Wifes Realtor vehicle for work. Started getting hot.. had it checked for coolant leaks.. and still running hot! Found Good Deal from word around town GREAT MECHANIC SHOP & GREAT PRICE! Well.. at 170k miles I decided to NOT GO YET with New Engine.. So Sat with Owner/Lead Mechanic Johnny.. He said Instead He'll Take off the Heads,change Timing Chain /kit, new HEAD GASKETS, New Valve Gaskets.. Replace Water Pump, Radiator. WOW..,"you can do all that Johnny!?" He showed me some of his work and very professional on detail & know how! Others for a new engine and install , I was looking at $6,500 to $8k Well bottom line I got it all done at Good Deal for $4,200 with New Refurbished Heads!! Within 10 days of meeting Johnny and giving the green light GO, I got the call to come pick up the Jeep. I was so excited, called the wife and off we went to pick up her Jeep. We herd the vehicle start up and purring LIKE A NEW ENGINE It's been 3 days and the wifes in heaven with joy! we not only saved nearly $2,500 + but we were impressed with the Professional Service you only get at the Dealer. AND for most of you JEEP lovers & other Car Enthusiasts who know HOW DIFFICULT it is to find a GOOD mechanic! We found him.. It's 12 degrees out, I'm driving, the heat goes out and shortly the car shows that it's overheating. The car was in the shop at IAM for 9 days, they replaced a fan they said was warped, and were about to remove most of the engine to get to a sensor. I had just talked to a co-worker about it and he said what I described was the water pump. Another co-worker came over hearing this and also said it was the water pump. I call them up and say "everyone I talk to says it's the water pump, why don't you check that". 2 hours later I'm told that my water pump was bad. I got charged (if I remember correctly) over $1000 for fans that were slightly warped, labor, water pump, etc. They replaced the water pump with the inferior VW one with the plastic impeller. It dies 1 year 3 months later. I really don't feel like listing out the list of what all I feel was done wrong to my car, perhaps IAM's a better place now. Perhaps years of learning how to work on a Beetle have jaded me. I think they might be closer to normal pricing for high-end cars, such as the wankle engine listed below, but I paid IAM a lot over a couple of years for a car that was probably worth roughly that, and i had to keep taking it back. I left and went to another shop in 2005, my car bills halved and my time between repairs extended greatly, although that could be that everything that was going to break broke and was replaced. I don't hate them, just not going back. They were nice people as I remember.
