Rick and his team have been servicing my 2004 Honda accord for many years. I have 317,000+ miles on it and he keeps it running like a watch. He informs me of any Latest gotchas to watch out for. Timing belts, water pumps, sun roof, wiper motor, carburetors and just the regular service like A/c, an oil change or a flat fixed. No way! Don't waste your time and money! My first time I took my car somewhere different from the dealer and big mistake! I had issues w the A/C. After that repaired it I noticed something wrong, went back, the owner agreed to check it again n they found out that they put a defective part in my car. Had to wait one week, and after the third visit they fixed it. I asked the owner if I was going to get compensated for the issue n time somehow and he told me no bc he " wasted time and money on my car too bc my car was a very small job" so I wonder, do you need to have three cars broken to be considered " not a small job"? This guys doesn't respect your time, your money and doesn't take any responsibility... I still have issues w the A/c n now I'm gonna have to spend money in the car dealership just to be safe. read more

Great prices and speedy work, wanted to like this place so bad after the few experiences I've had. Knocked off some stars for my last experience. Brought my vehicle in for the breaks to be inspected and oil changed. Was obvious, I limped the car there with the pedal 100% dead. The rear drums smelled terrible and were making noise as well. A mechanic meets me outside and steps in my car and says oh! This is dangerous! I said yeah, I know, please inspect the breaks and make it safe. I step inside tell the woman I need the breaks inspected, do whatever you need to make it safe and a oil change please. I repeated to her the same as the mechanic. I later find she only wrote safety inspection and nothing about the breaks. The owner throws that in my face like that was my fault in my final visit. Probably because I questioned their inspection quality in the first place. Obviously the main reason I was there was breaks. This was 100% her fault, not mine. So I get a call back about the inspection the first time. They said I'm going to need a break master cylinder, fine with me. Picked the car shortly after surprised that's all it needed. When I came to pick it up I asked, how were the drums, pads and everything else? He said fine, and I immediately had a since they never actually looked into them. I take the car home and notice the same terrible smell and noises in the rear drums. I made the mistake of not taking it back right away. But I live a busy life. Could not afford a bunch more ubers and said to hell with it. So pedal gradually goes totally dead exactly as it did before, some may know how dangerous that is. Was forced to take it back in and be inspected again. I get a call back about the inspection, and I'm told the wheel cylinders in the rear drums are leaking and getting all over the pads, all this needs to be replaced. Basically, this should have been fixed the first time around when I could afford it. Also most likely where the leak was initially. But hey, I could be wrong. Highly doubt it though. Due to the drums being so noisy and smelly the first time bringing it there I can only assume. I don't live in a situation to pull the drum and see if it's leaking I would have fixed it myself then. I'm not a idiot. Also, make sure they actually put air in your tires. This would be 1 star if the owner did not remove the tax from my fees, and that's not saying much. read more

I have taken both my cars here and been treated great. They have done what promised and what was needed. They didn't charge me for one item that they normally do at 75,000 because the manufacturer changed their recommendation. They easily could have charged me and would have never known. I began bringing my Toyota to Import Auto about 5 years ago. My ABS light came on after another auto repair shop did a strut install. My ABS sensor needed to be replaced. After Import Auto completed the work, the ABS light remained on. Rick, the owner told me to take my car to a Toyota dealer and if they charged me to fix the problem he would reimburse me for my trouble. The dealer's repair shop couldn't find out what the problem was and wanted to keep the car longer to run more test. Even though Rick said he would reimburse me for my trouble, I didn't want to leave my car with the Toyota dealer. I'm sure the dealership would have found a way to charge me more money than I was willing to pay for the repair. I brought the car back to Import Auto and Rick found a simpler solution. This company stands by it's work. This is a good auto repair business that is operated by a man of integrity. read more
