    I purchased my 2021 Toyota Venza from Beaman Toyota on April 6, 2024, and my original experience…read morewas excellent. My salesperson, Renay, was wonderful to work with. In fact, I trusted Beaman enough to refer a close family member, who purchased his own Venza on December 9, 2024. Unfortunately, everything after the sale has been disappointing. On June 17, 2024, I received an email advertising a $100 referral bonus if someone I referred purchased a vehicle. My referral qualified, but despite more than a year of phone calls, texts, voicemails, and follow-ups, I've never received the referral credit. I was told my information had been sent to finance. Someone called while I was unavailable, I returned the call immediately and left a voicemail, but no one ever followed up. I have screenshots documenting the entire process. I've also lost confidence in Beaman's service department. During a previous visit, I was quoted approximately $1,300 for recommended maintenance. I later had the same recommended work completed at another Toyota dealership for about $700. I regularly receive emails and text messages encouraging me to schedule service, sell my vehicle, purchase another Toyota, and now leave a positive review. Most recently, while my vehicle was in for service, I replied to the service text updates and also called with a question, but never received a response before the service was completed. At this point, it isn't about the $100 anymore. It's about communication, follow-through, and honoring the commitments you make to your customers. I genuinely wish I were writing a different review because my buying experience with Renay was excellent--that's exactly why I referred my own family to Beaman. Unfortunately, the customer service after the sale hasn't reflected that same level of care. If Beaman Toyota resolves this issue, I'd be happy to update my review.
