I explained what was happening, and they looked over our plan and equipment listed. They gave me a new router that works with our new modem, no charge, and sent out a technician to install it and ensure everything was working properly. The few times I have gone to the store, I have always been well taken care of and issues resolved. The employees have always been friendly, helpful, professional, and caring. The prices for their plans are reasonable. I am happy with their service.

Then, I asked about a promotion I heard about. He said "yes, and?" I said well I'm with AT&T and I would like to take advantage of something like that. He told me that I needed to unlock my phone first (without looking at it) and come back. I asked more questions about the different iPhones since it's been awhile since I got a new one.
