The customer service agent was extremely knowledgeable and efficient at his job. He helped me switch my line, upgrade my phone, and provided an Apple Watch. The service was professional, fast, and I left with more than I expected. I'm happy that I switched to T-mobile. Also, I'm able to text and use WiFi while out of the country so that's a major plus!
