You can check-in at the front and your name is added to the list Many people are just returning equipment and they still take a long time. When you try to cancel, they try way too hard to keep you as a customer. The process is painstaking and their service is not worth it. Too many disconnections and buffering moments with spectrum. When you arrive, just inside the door, there is a screen where you check in as a walk-in, or to confirm a previously made appointment. I signed in and barely had time to look around to see the displays of cell phones, tablets and internet equipment when my name was called. I have had Spectrum Internet service for several years, and only recently began experiencing some connectivity issues. I explained what was happening, and they looked over our plan and equipment listed. They gave me a new router that works with our new modem, no charge, and sent out a technician to install it and ensure everything was working properly. The few times I have gone to the store, I have always been well taken care of and issues resolved. The employees have always been friendly, helpful, professional, and caring. The prices for their plans are reasonable. I am happy with their service.

This Best Buy has an advantage over other Best Buys in the RGV area because it's not as packed as…read morethe ones closer to the border. That being said, though the spacious experience of things is better, I find that the employees aren't as forthcoming as the ones in South Best Buy. However, one thing that this Best Buy has that others need to model is that they have a reserved parking space for customers who will do an in-store pick up only. This make finding a parking spot not a chore and speeds up the store pick up process. However, they only have one of these spots. 4 would be my recommendation. They don't have to be close to the store, just 4 guaranteed spots to pick items up.
