Thank you Darrel for you customer service. As a customer service supervisor, I feel confident that you did all that you could to the best of your ability and I appreciate you! Absolutely appalled and dissatisfied with the service of this company. DO not. I REPEAT, waste your time and money with this company. I used the service, Pablo came out and advised me that it would be 285.00. I repeat. 285, or 630 for 2, I asked and verified this information with him more than once, after the completion of the service, now my bill is 389 plus + tax. When I responded confused, Pablo got confrontational, and rude. Making me feel very very uncomfortable, I just paid the fee to get away from the situation, Pablo THEN gave me his PERSONAL, cell phone #, and told me to call him for a deal on a second key. I immediately called and asked for a manger, was told to email, called today and spoke with mem, explained the situation and I at first thought we were off to a good start, told her I felt jerked around, and uncomfortable. She seemed to understand. Told me to give her 2 hours. I call back 3 hours later to be told she's eating lunch, give her 10 Minutes to call me back, 30 minutes later I call back and she says oh well we can do $30, but if you want more than that you'll have to wait till Monday cause our owner is gone, and we're not gonna do this twice. THEN advises instead of being able to refund to my card, they need to send me a check. I tried to give this company a chance before reporting, but after today's encounter I would love to avoid anyone else having this experience. Save yourself the time and the money, because it's for sure not customer oriented, or satisfactory. sorry pros on call, $30 wasn't enough hush money for me!
