After I told him that only the top part was needed he then agreed. He said they needed to order the part. The part was going to be $320. or $1200 for a new door. Here is the bad rub. Still charged me $120 just for coming out. Bottom Line I called another company and door was repaired in 3 hours and only $180 GO TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY DON'T USE THIS ONE.
