I was able to close and secure the door, so I called back as it was no longer an emergency. Appointment was set for 3 days later. Repair man arrived and said you need a new door. After I told him that only the top part was needed he then agreed. He said they needed to order the part. The part was going to be $320. or $1200 for a new door. Here is the bad rub. I have had a few issues but Xavier has been great about educating me on the little things. Totally back up the product. I am sure in time they will have an electric one with a door, lol! This is a manual screen and a pole is provided for us short people! The privacy factor is a plus.
