I had asked for other quotes from other companies and felt they didn't respond on time when I had questions on pricing and equipment unlike Texas State Alarm. They were truly a step above the competition. When the technicians came to install the alarm system and the cameras, they were both different staff workers. Albert was super easy to deal with and his rates were the best of the 3 I had received quotes from. He told me they would show up at 9am of moving day and unlike most, they showed up at 8:58 and started working immediatoy (with a nice moving truck and equipment) Jorge and Mike met us in SA and were awesome. Super careful, respectful, and had great attitudes. Albert runs a top notch business. I have personally moved my kids too many times in the past. I'll never bust my butt like that again.
