They were truly a step above the competition. When the technicians came to install the alarm system and the cameras, they were both different staff workers. I ask for a time frame and he says "anytime before 5". Already I am wary, but give him the benefit since he may have plenty of work. Come Wednesday and did not receive a phone call all day from him, not a text or any message of apology. So no work done and appointment missed. Tried calling the next day and now no answer to get through. As much as I can give a person a benefit of doubt, this is just no way to run a business haphazardly as such. Better organization and communciation is needed simply to meet demands of basic customer service.
