This is located in the city of Walnut and usually, every time you should make an appointment because sometimes they are busy. I've come here usually at night and on weekdays. They have a variety of different messages from foot massages to the whole body. Also different times but usually I will do a foot and whole-body massage because I just like to get my footsie relaxed too. You can let them know beforehand what level of hardness you want. I usually like strong massages and they will get it done! If you like soft massages I'm sure they can do that too. Overall this place is large with many different sizes of rooms. For the foot massage, it's in a large room with comfy chairs! I always fall asleep either in the full body massage or at the foot massage part! All the staff were very nice. I especially liked how the chairs for foot massage were more towards the back. Me and my girlfriend went here for our 4th time massage. The previous ones were ok but today this masseuse named Lucy was massaging my gf near her private parts that made her really uncomfortable. This is the first time we have encountered such an experience especially being a massage goer for years and years. I spoke with the manager and she spoke with Lucy with obviously denying our claims of her inappropriate massaging. Feeling relaxed after an overdue need of a massage! I was in search of a place to get a full body massage and came across this place based on the reviews. Making a reservation was super easy and I was even able to bump up my time earlier with no issues at all on a Friday! When I walked in, there were different type of variations of the massages, I initially went with 70 minutes (40 minutes body, 30 minutes feet). The popular options are 90 minutes if you have the time for it! My masseuse Cindy went right into it, she asked me what pressure I preferred and I told her where I was having tension. She immediately got started with familiarizing herself with my aches. She made sure to check in on the pressure and then we went into the body oil. She was able to identify my tensed areas really quickly and spent more time on it. I was super grateful she extended that time to really make sure I was taken care of. I called to make a last minute appointment at 4pm on a Saturday. Thankfully, they had availability for me. I did a one-hour massage and it was $45. They don't seem to take card so make sure to bring cash or prepare to use Zelle. The massage was good, but it could've been better. She rubbed a lot of spots on my body without much force, so it didn't do much for me. I guess I could've spoken up, but I'm not super experienced with going to massage places, so I'm not sure what is polite. She was completely silent the entire massage, except to tell me "turn around" and other such short commands, so I wish she was a bit more communicative. She also focused on my knots, and it was painful, but the next day, I don't feel much difference. I was hoping that I would feel less tight / less tension in those areas, but perhaps she was too gentle. I think the experience was okay. This was a very relaxing massage. I did the 60 minutes massage and 30 minutes feet, however the feet was not reflexology but they continue to massage your neck. It was a nice and quiet atmosphere. Loved my first Imperial Massage experience and will definitely be coming back! Decided on the 60 minute combination massage and had Jerry as my masseuse. We started with the body session in a private room, which was a pleasant surprise since combo massages at other places tend to be in the common areas. I also opted for the oil massage, which you need to partially disrobe for. Jerry expertly worked through the knots on my back and common tight/pain areas. Pressure was generally perfect, although there were some slightly painful moments (outside shoulder blade). The massage was very thorough and concluded with a brief but methodical arm/leg stretching. Given the 30 minute body session, the massage was only focused on my backside (face-down position) and mainly on the upper body. We then transitioned to the common area for the foot massage, starting with a hot water soak. Jerry started with a brief head massage, then focused on the feet and calves. While we didn't hit my quads during the body massage, Jerry briefly worked them here, which I much appreciated. While most of the chairs were full with other patrons, there was minimal noise, which I was really thankful for (I despise places where the workers are loud grrr). Honestly felt like a new man afterward, and the post-massage tea was a nice touch. Prices are extremely reasonable for the high quality ($45 base), and I was able to pay with credit card (plus cash tip). I am also out in the West Covina area and often I get some spare time after my day to relax and get some of the stress and pain out of my system. It's a hot summer and my 5 years old son was so thirsty , I took a Complementary mini water from the mini fridge and the receptionist ( Tina ) told me water is only for customers only ! Her attitude was extremely rude , I was shocked! Her poor customer service had completely ruined my experience. I paid the therapist $25 tips and that 8 oz bottle of water cost how much ? 32 bottles of 8oz water only cost $4.99. Lol I have no complain of my therapist, she is very nice ! I just feel upset about Tina. I will not visit this spa ever again and I do not recommend them to anyone either! As a massage clinic owner or manager, you're likely to come across a wide array of clients. While some may be looking to de-stress and relax after a hectic workweek, others might want some relief from pain ! Tina's poor customer service really ruined my day ! Jerry is great, he has strong pressure which is good if you need that, but you can always request less. He worked on my shoulders thoroughly and even helped me relax with some stretches throughout the sesesion. My girlfriend went with May/Mei and had a wonderful experience with her. We got the 60 minute body session and we've tried the combo (body + foot). Great service both times. You can't go wrong with any of the massage therapists here. The place is quiet and relaxing. Did a walk-in and they were accommodating without an appointment. I don't get massages often but I definitely wanted something after a long couple of weeks. I didn't get the masseuses name but they really focused on my shoulder and upper back and that's where the pain was without me even mentioning anything. I was S O R E the next day but felt pretty grea! The prices were pretty reasonable and this place is bigger than I expected.
