My masseuse, Mandy, was very attentive and took care to make sure the strength was just right. She patiently worked on all my sore spots. Definitely will be back if we are around the area again! read more

we've been having deep tissue massage every week for over 10 yrs in the past. so we are used to hard/deep pressure massages. when we found this place, we were skeptical. every time we call to make a reservation, hubby always ask the owner Tina to find someone who is strong and able to give him a deep deep massage. and we have been very impressed with the service and the consistency of every masseuse's skill. we've also recommended it to our families and friends, all came home with the same comment, 'wow, that was great!' highly recommend this place if you need to relax and get a great massage. read more

This is my go-to massage place! I have been coming since 2020 and never gone anywhere else since. The place is very clean and all the staff are very professional. Price is the way better from anywhere else. I really recommend this place. I always look for Lee. He is the best ever! And also the Jiejie at the desk is soooo nice and always welcoming. I'll never go anywhere else ! Come and try this place yourself and you'll get hooked ! read more

Been here several times now, and each time with a different massage therapist and to my surprise they're all good! Everyone style is slightly different, but all very good. I even got a 'gua sha' and it was amazing. My entire body felt so....relieved after. Slept really well that night! Will definitely be getting it consistently now! read more

I rarely tip 100% but today I had the pleasure of paying $100 for two hours of phenomenal body massage, and happily, gratefully tipped $100! Do yourself a favor, call and ask for Rainbow - she is truly outstanding and unique in her skill's especially with severe neck and back pain. As someone with chronic neck injuries who spent a small fortune on self care massages, I can tell who cares, and who is just trying to get through the hour. Rainbow put her whole heart into relieving my pain - she immediately found all the knots and worked till they were pliable and happy again. I literally had been in pain for two months due to an unusually difficult schedule, but she made two months of overwork evaporate from my body with her precise and thoughtful body work. Though English may not be her first language you won't need to worry about communication - just point to where it hurts and she'll skillfully and carefully work on it until it eases up! What a godsend to find her! I already booked her for a foot massage tonight for my family member, she's that amazing! She deserves all the tips and accolades, few masseuses care as much as she does about doing a great job! Oh and this place deserves the five stars - everything here is above board, clean and simple. They prefer Zelle, debit, and cash here so don't plan on using a credit card. I found my go-to in the Rowland Heights area! Rainbow is amazing! read more

Very relaxing massage! Next time, I will let the masseuse know I want softer massages. It was worth the under $60 cost! I certainly will return for the cost and nearby location. read more

I had a 60 minute full body massage, it was really good. Great environment and friendly staff!

Imperial Massage is one of the cleanest massage places that I go to from time to time when I need to get all those tough knots out. This is located in the city of Walnut and usually, every time you should make an appointment because sometimes they are busy. I've come here usually at night and on weekdays. They have a variety of different messages from foot massages to the whole body. Also different times but usually I will do a foot and whole-body massage because I just like to get my footsie relaxed too. You can let them know beforehand what level of hardness you want. I usually like strong massages and they will get it done! If you like soft massages I'm sure they can do that too. Overall this place is large with many different sizes of rooms. For the foot massage, it's in a large room with comfy chairs! I always fall asleep either in the full body massage or at the foot massage part! They are good and you should give them a try. read more

Massage went aaamzing. Got all my spots and relaxed muscle parts. I always want Jerry as my prior choice, but others are as good as Jerry.

We love Jerry. Doesn't speak much English but he gets the job done. He can be very gentle or apply all the pressure you need without hurting you. I get my full body massage with him and feel very comfortable , he always makes sure to make me feel comfortable and dignify. I bring my son when he has sports injuries and my son always feels better after. read more

A friend recommended this massage place, and it was fantastic! Great environment, spacious, and clean - much bigger than other places I've tried before. They really focused on all my problem areas and helped alleviate my shoulder, neck, and lower back discomfort. Definitely coming back! Highly recommended! Good job!! read more

Great massage, great service. They ask you how much pressure you want and it's a very relaxing experience. I called for an appointment but they take walk ins. Very clean place read more

I've been here plenty of times. Probably one of my favorite spots. Very professional. Staff is attentive and polite. The therapists are good too. I always get what I ask for. Firm massage. This place is very clean and well decorated. I like the ambience here. Great parking and they're open till 10. Prices are fair. My only small complain is the tips. Like most places, they are very pushy. You're not obligated to tip. But it's very pushed. I always tip because I like my experience. But there are times I don't have the extra cash. And I don't want to feel pressured to tip. I'm going to keep coming back because I always enjoy my time. Hope this review helps. Keep up the good work guys. read more

Amazing. A friend recommended here. Now my whole family comes here. I believe prices are responsible. Very clean. You can do a single room or come as a couple and enjoy the couples room. From whole body to just feet massages. They have different combos to choose from as well. Very friendly. A tad bit hard to communicate due to language differences. Bring cash!! Treat yourself. read more

Imperial Massage is a great place! They are very clean and polite. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. I frequently go there when I'm in need of a good massage. And their prices are always reasonable read more

HOW does this place have 5 stars?! These HAVE to be FAKE REVIEWS, because this place deserves ZERO STARS!!! It's not just bad! It's the SCUM of the earth. I came here with my aunt, a retired nurse in severe pain just hoping for some relief, and instead, we were met with the coldest, darkest, most judgmental energy I've ever felt in a "wellness" space. There is NOTHING healing about this place, it is PURE GREED!!! The second we walked in, we were stared at with judgment, like we didn't belong. No warmth. No compassion. Just cold eyes and a sickening energy that screamed one thing, MONEY. The whole place felt negative, heavy, and just wrong. Like we had walked into a pit that feeds off people's pain just to profit from it. You can feel the darkness, not a place of healing, but a business with no soul. ENERGY AND VIBES DON'T LIE!!! We each paid $35 for a 30-minute massage, which was just okay, and tipped $10 each. And what does the woman at the front do? She SNATCHES the money from us and says, "Give ME the tip! I'll give it to them." No gratitude. No respect. Just aggression and ENTITLEMENT! And let's be honest, she pocketed it. You can feel it in the air: they don't care about your body, your pain, your well being, they care about one thing only, MONEY. It felt evil. It felt wrong. My aunt walked out still hurting. I walked out furious. PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE FAKE 5 STARS!!!! This place is a greedy, soulless trap that should not even be open. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! ZERO STARS!!!!! read more

This place is very clean and reasonable price. Kevin is very professional I will definitely come back again. I been to massage envy and had an so so experience but with imperial massage you know already they are experienced and professional. And they don't upsell you packages like massage envy does which makes the experience even more enjoyable. read more

I chose the 60-minute full body massage, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The shop was clean and quiet, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. Mary was highly professional, with a well-structured approach and excellent control of pressure and rhythm. The entire session was very comfortable, and I felt much more relaxed afterward. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

This place is a legit massage place. It is my second time and I always have male masseuse. Due to last minute booking I had, added with requesting male, they let me wait for about 10 mins, and it was worthy. Ben was my masseuse this time - he did massage with his own technique which I know the fact each one has its own style. He did not ask which part of body I would like to focus on, BUT he knew my shoulder & upper back needed extra attention. I now will be the repeated client! read more

Service was good. Professional massage. Left feeling lighter. Recommend getting the feet and the body massage read more

Loved it my massage 10/10. She knew exactly what I needed. I'm a new person after this.

I love this place, although I have my favorite therapist, they are all very well trained professionals. Go to Imperial Health Spa, You won't be disappointed. read more

Love this place!!! 1st time here and will definitely come back! I got the 30 min foot massage and it was very relaxing. Not crowded at all for a weekday (11am). Nice and clean seating. All the staff were very nice. I especially liked how the chairs for foot massage were more towards the back. It's nice not hearing phones ringing and people going in and out constantly like other massaging places: Foot massage was nice because it also include a little head and shoulder massage for maybe 15 mins and then the feet. Can't wait to come back! Too bad they don't have a stamp Card! read more

Imperial Massage - Price List - Massage Therapy Near Me - Walnut, California

I exercise and train 5 days a week and lift 110lbs 3 days out of the week. To me, this is heavy weight as 5'2" 127 lbs woman and so my body needed definitely some TLC. I came here tonight for the first time, for a 90-minute full body massage with Mary. I called same day on a Saturday for an appointment later that evening at 7pm and they promptly booked my appointment. I arrived and was led to a private room. I requested hard pressure from Mary. I didn't know what to expect. I mentioned 2 spots that were a bit sore/achy which he addressed but then WOW she absolutely found all my other tender spots and knotted spots (from lifting) that I didn't even know I had! She also checked in with me about the pressure throughout the massage. The pressure hurt so good that I felt an emotional relief and release. I walked out of there feeling like I was on a cloud. I am 100% impressed by Mary's skill, customer service, and the overall quiet and respectful atmosphere and attention to detail. I was so pleased with my service. Another great aspect is that I wasn't pressured to leave a tip like at other places. So, yes, I made sure to leave Mary a good tip, she definitely earned it. I will be returning to Imperial Massage to see Mary in the near future. They won me over with their amazing service! read more

I love this place! I almost hate to review it because I don't want it to get too crowded, but I do want to support their business! Clean, comfortable, and affordable. I appreciate that they have signs requesting no cell phone usage and no talking, as well as a reminder that no unlawful activities will take place in the massage rooms. You never know what you will get with Asian massage places (no offense...just saying) and I have never gotten a sketchy vibe here. I will keep coming back! read more

Imperial Massage - Pricing as of March 2024 - Massage Therapy Near Me - Walnut, California

Great place to get a massage. In the Von's plaza in Walnut so, the location is pretty easy/convenient s well. Got a 1 hour massage, and it was great. Friendly staff, and clean location (larger place as well). I did call ahead (weekday evening), but didn't have to make a reservation as there was plenty of availability that night. Would recommend. Reasonably priced as well. read more

Mandy is AMAZING! She made sure to ask throughout the massage if the pressure was okay. I did the 90 minute combo and opted for the free hot stones... 10/10!!! I love this place and my body thanks me for coming each time :) They also give a free cup of tea at the end! read more

Feeling relaxed after an overdue need of a massage! I was in search of a place to get a full body massage and came across this place based on the reviews. Making a reservation was super easy and I was even able to bump up my time earlier with no issues at all on a Friday! When I walked in, there were different type of variations of the massages, I initially went with 70 minutes (40 minutes body, 30 minutes feet). The popular options are 90 minutes if you have the time for it! My masseuse Cindy went right into it, she asked me what pressure I preferred and I told her where I was having tension. She immediately got started with familiarizing herself with my aches. She made sure to check in on the pressure and then we went into the body oil. She was able to identify my tensed areas really quickly and spent more time on it. I was super grateful she extended that time to really make sure I was taken care of. Overall, came out of the place super relaxed and my back didn't feel as tight as it did before. I would definitely be coming back! read more

My mom, sisters, and I had a girls day and we treated ourselves to the 90 minute body and foot combo massage and it was FANTASTIC. Louis and Jerry were extremely professional, both applying perfect pressure and hitting all the right spots. Louis cracked my back (AMAZING), all my fingers, and all my toes and I was so loose afterward. I've never had a male masseur before, but both men were polite and respectful and I would not hesitate to have them again. Lulu wad so nice and gave my mom the best massage, with perfect pressure and fixed all her knots. Can't wait to come back! read more

I love this place! Super clean, friendly staff, and great massage! SETTING APPT- I called in on a Wednesday around 12 and they were available right away. Lady in the phone helped me set an appt and went over massage options. MASSAGE- 10/10 I was given a massage by a gentleman there, I didn't get his name. (I will call and update the name). I also got a foot massage and it was great too! PRICING- don't forget to tip!!! Price was FANTASTIC for the service. read more

Thank you Imperial Massage for always providing me with a great service. Finally, I have somewhere consistent I can go to for a massage and always feel better when I go. I also like the fact that you can just get a foot and hand massage too. It's clean and maintained well. Special shout out to Ana at Imperial Massage. She always does a great job. read more

I called to make a last minute appointment at 4pm on a Saturday. Thankfully, they had availability for me. I did a one-hour massage and it was $45. They don't seem to take card so make sure to bring cash or prepare to use Zelle. The massage was good, but it could've been better. She rubbed a lot of spots on my body without much force, so it didn't do much for me. I guess I could've spoken up, but I'm not super experienced with going to massage places, so I'm not sure what is polite. She was completely silent the entire massage, except to tell me "turn around" and other such short commands, so I wish she was a bit more communicative. She also focused on my knots, and it was painful, but the next day, I don't feel much difference. I was hoping that I would feel less tight / less tension in those areas, but perhaps she was too gentle. I think the experience was okay. My friends also went and loved it, and they said they're definitely coming back. read more

This was a very relaxing massage. I did the 60 minutes massage and 30 minutes feet, however the feet was not reflexology but they continue to massage your neck. It was a nice and quiet atmosphere. The prices are good but they make it up in tips. Very relaxing though. After the massage you get water or some tea. read more

Had the most relaxing experience at Imperial Massage. Clean rooms, nice staff, and skilled masseuses! Will definitely be returning.

Lots of convenient parking, plenty of solo and shared rooms, cleam and well maintained restrooms and also the best part for me was the candy by the desk on my way out. I am also out in the West Covina area and often I get some spare time after my day to relax and get some of the stress and pain out of my system. Seeing that is close to home and also conveniently around some of my major points of interest, its a no brainer for me to come here. I had done the 90 minute full body massage - not too long or too short. My masseuse was Kevin. He exerted just the right amount of pressure at just the right spots. I do recommend calling just so you dont get disappointed if they dont have enough staff or room to accommodate you. I called and they were available, so I just showed up in 10 minutes and got the work done. Good place. I will recommend it to my friends in the area. read more

Very welcoming staff, private, and relaxing. Great value and excellent for a mid week pick me up. Local, will be coming back.

I will definitely not come back again ! It's a hot summer and my 5 years old son was so thirsty , I took a Complementary mini water from the mini fridge and the receptionist ( Tina ) told me water is only for customers only ! Her attitude was extremely rude , I was shocked! Her poor customer service had completely ruined my experience. I paid the therapist $25 tips and that 8 oz bottle of water cost how much ? 32 bottles of 8oz water only cost $4.99. Lol I have no complain of my therapist, she is very nice ! I just feel upset about Tina. I will not visit this spa ever again and I do not recommend them to anyone either! As a massage clinic owner or manager, you're likely to come across a wide array of clients. While some may be looking to de-stress and relax after a hectic workweek, others might want some relief from pain ! Tina's poor customer service really ruined my day ! I feel more stressed after visited this place ! Normally I'm a very friendly and talkative person and I don't like to give negative review to small business owners but this is a really awful experience! read more

Recommend by a friend. Great massage. Very clean. Peaceful atmosphere. Will be coming back and recommending to more friends!
