I've gotten way better massages at airports and 15 dollar locations. Visit this place only if you feel charitable. If the 110 dollars spent here can save someone else money, then at least that would be a saving grace. I'll gladly be a martyr to save another their money.

This place has been around for a very long time and is quite loved by the locals. It is definitely a bit of a hole-in-the-wall spot, and the interior could admittedly use a little bit of an update. It's important to know that the type of massages they give here is the traditional Chinese-style acupressure, not a spa-like oil rubbing massage. I specifically come here to get deep tissue work and get my muscles loosened up. For some people, it might not feel super comfortable or relaxing in the moment because it's much more similar to a sports medicine massage, but the results are entirely worth it. I specifically book with therapist Li from Shanghai (note: there are two therapist Li's working here!). He is absolutely amazing, and my whole family has been getting massages from him for many, many years. While he doesn't speak a lot of English, his skills speak for themselves and he does amazing work. I always feel like I am completely reborn after a session with him. Over here, I've liked the majority of them. Angela is very precise and very solid technique. Good for someone that can only take say 5/10 in pressure. Hits a lot of good spots without being overly painful using his hands and not tools. Uses elbows with high precision during the body massage and knows when to go with/against the muscle fibers. Very strong pressure. Jimmy or Peter ...I forget (Apologies), very strong massage and if you ask him to, will kill you the pointiest elbow cross muscle fibers the entire time. If you are broken and need the pain, this is it, but you will suffer. All of them will provide you a very therapeutic treatment. I've introduced so many friends to this place. We didn't get the eyepatches that was part of the deal and I don't want to bring it up as I probably would have to speak with the rude receptionist again since the masseuse didn't seem to speak much English. They also demand a $15/hr tip. We usually tip $20 each, but since they demanded it and we didn't get part of what we paid for we just gave $15 each.

They know how to get your knots out. You can even adjust the strength level too. The place is located inside the busiest plaza (Boiling Crab, Baekjeong etc) but they have 4 designated parking spots. They usually have cones outside and when you arrive you can call or just move the cone to the curb and park. You walk in the gentleman will greet you and you provide the name on the reservation and depending on the type of massage you get they'll direct you to either room or couch area. We always do 60 minute full body massage and after our massage they'll ask if we want water or tea. Quality has been pretty consistent and we try to go once a month.
