The manager found my ID card and credits cards but instead of returning the items, they decided to discuss an unpaid invoice for the wedding with me. I was so confused as to why on earth they were discussing this invoice with me. The manager implied that my belongings couldn't be returned unless the invoicr was paid. I ended up calling the cops to get them to agree to return my items and when I went to pick them up, the manager (Lidia) handed me a phone with the owner on the other side who kept talking about this unpaid invoice. I kept telling him and her that I was just a guest and had nothing to do with this invoice but they kept demanding that this invoice be paid. I ended up calling the cops again and then finally the manager returned my items. I would never attend another wedding at this venue or ever book with them.

Food was warm and delicious, the Cordinator Ana was very friendly, attentive, professional and efficient. The servers were great, friendly and quick . The bartenders were super helpful, we ended up with a lot of leftovers alcohol and the bartenders had it all organized with the inventory and in a little dolly ready to go . I don't have any event for me coming up any time soon , but if I do , I will do it here for sure ! We never felt welcomed, and I will never forget walking in less than a week before my wedding (because my wedding planner changed a week before) and being scanned up and down by my old wedding planner and the management as I said hi and smiled to them, and didn't get a single response or smile in return as a walked by with my new wedding planner who was provided by Ashton Gardens. It is now November, and they still struggle with communication of whether a clothes steamer was left there. It's been over a month since I have reached out, I have reached out three times to a personal number and no response. Just about sums up the communication with said wedding planner for 14 months. The day of was a disaster and yelp would not let me type everything out because it was 'too negative'... when it was the order of events and how many things went wrong. Don't recommend. Wish I could turn back the clock:,)
