However, we spoke with Brandon and told him what we were experiencing. He advised us that he could fix it and save us lots of money. Turns out it was just the relay that needed to be replaced. Brandon took his time explaining everything he did to help me understand the problem and fix it myself next time if it fails. Fast forward 3 months later. We had a bad storm and a power surge ended up frying the relay he used. Without question, he came back the next day to replace the relay again and service the fridge due to his warranty. Super nice guy, honest, and effective technician. Grateful for his services and the way he operates. Highly recommend.
