We attempted to find someone in the area who could properly regrout our walk-in shower, but Clover was the only one that could tell us what needed to be done and how they would do it before actually doing it (one contractor actually told us it has been a while since he had done grout work, but he'll just watch a YouTube video beforehand - not exactly how you instill confidence). Throughout the process, any hiccups were expressly stated and worked through, and at no additional cost. Our shower looks great, no more moldy grout or leaks and we enjoyed Sean and his team's work and conversation so much that we had them do additional work and hope to have some more done by them later this year. He then returned with the crew and supplies and got to work. it necessitated removing two doors from rooms and punching big holes in the ceiling of a room and the wall of another. I should not have paid him the last thousand until he at least re hung the doors but he ran off with the hardware. we did find some screws. Use him at your own risk.
