Not even 3 hours later, the inspector, Mr Q, was at my doorstep. This gentleman was super friendly, efficient, professional, and accomplished the required check, while assuring me that I would have a copy of the inspection findings by the close of business the next day. True to his word, Mr Q provided me with the necessary paperwork for my refinance the very next day, less than 24 hours after the inspection. His diligence and promptness ensured I could have the report to the mortgage company, on time. Great service, awesome employees, I would highly recommend these folks should you require anything dealing with pest control.

I do not suggest this company to anyone!…read more I recently had a home inspection completed by this company. I addressed my clear concerns of a gas smell to the inspector Javier and was under the impression that he understood. He stated that he tested the area with his "sniffer" and it passed. While I was still concerned of the smell and know the smell of gas he told me I had to pay for a reinspection and I did not agree. So he suggested that I call the company which I did. After expressing my concerns to the company they advised me to contact my local gas company. The gas company came out 3 days later and found a leak in the same area I told the inspector I smelled it. I called the company to tell them and customer service said all she could to avoid the blame to be the company. She stated that checking for gas leaks is not the standard of practice. They did nothing to address my frustration for their failure of accurate service. I strongly do not suggest ANYONE to even hire this company to inspect not even a Birdhouse!!! Unfortunately I had to give a star to post this comment.
